Just the friendly neighborhood pagan popping in to say, "DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW COLD IT IS IN OKLAHOMA RIGHT NOW????" There will be no naked pagan dancing here tonight. At least not outside. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

That is all.

Pffft... I was wondering how people are going to work naked pagan dancing into their "eldritch tales".

Isn't it interesting how someone only has to say "naked pagan dancing" and I show up???

/waves madly to October

(And my sense of Oneness has been chased away by my sense of not wanting to have very interesting frostbite patterns. Very Happy)

Oh you crazy people and your naked pagan dancing... lol... I know I've been MIA for a bit but with this interesting challenge about Eldritchy Tales I have an interesting idea that when finished I'm sure many of you will enjoy... Seems that they've given me an excuse to use a little of my creative writing abilities for some larger purpose... Very Happy Hopefully I'll have that up soon for you all to enjoy as a little Christmas gift to everybody here! Wink

I have my contribution, but it's not working (it's a javascript and I guess LJ and blogspots aren't supporting it).

You can see the start of them on both (the windows asking for words). It's suppose to generate a Mad Lib of a Cthuhlu Dream.

Anyone have any suggestions or a website that will host my javascript?

I don't know a thing about javascript, but I can certainly provide a hosting place for it on my website and tinker with it. I might even get it to work! I'll have to do it day after tomorrow, though, as I'm on my parents' slow, old computer right now. Wink

konamouse, i think you're the first (and only) person to say they have completed their challenge and then shared it with us (which wasn't a requirement). Thank you for the chuckle! Have you submitted it yet?

Mine is in "beta" stage. I may just give up and submit it "as is". If you would like to see/read/experience it, request the URL from me (in IRC or email or IM or PM here or whatever).

What is the time limit on this? Before Book 3 starts?

Wohoo! Just got back to see the updates... I tried emailing them before I left on the 24th or 23rd and told them to reply if they got my email... they didn't reply. I've got a better submission that I started a while ago: an RP telling a rather awesome Mythos story if I do say so myself. It is, of course, just beginning, and as such some of it will not be readily obvious. But come Book 6 people will be killing themselves to escape the Deep Ones and Cthulhu XD.

Table of Contents for FEAR.

And Kona: THAT IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. I'll give that email another try.
