very strange pic. and it's called OBIWAN. (here's where i am officaly branded as a geek on UF) one of my friends has tattoos that are in this very language. I'm almost certain. his tattoos read "DARK SIDE" wonder what your pic says.///

Since there is a dot after the word that could be 'everyone' and a line break, I think the last word is a name, signature or something like that.

Now, using a crossword-thingamabob and eliminating already used letters I get these as possible for the last word, assuming it is four symbols:
