[Red District] Pinhead [solved]

300 credits -

Culturecorp is conducting social research for our new up and coming projects. Please help Culturecorp with well researched and intelligent Old-World slang terms for the popular Old-world game known as "Bowling".

1) 7 and 10
2) 1,3,6,10
3) 7 and 9
4) 5 and 10
5) 2 and 7
6) 4,6,7, and 10

The puzzle gives you the option to send the answer to the underground, although why they would want to know bowling terms is beyond me...

I gotta head out - if someone could put up the image that would be just keen.

Edit:
Looks like there'll be a lot of guessing on this one...

What I've found so far -

1. Bedposts, goal posts, fence posts, mule ears, snake eyes
2. Clothesline
3. Banana Tits Left, Cincinnati?
4. Dime Store, Woolworth
5. Baby Split, Murphy
6. The Big Four, Big Ears

Sounds like the tasks are getting easier!

The new Blue district puzzle was solved quickly and easily(othe than the 3 answer spaces error).

I come here just to find the puzzle and work on it and it has been solved already.

Are the deus city creators getting tired already?

They probably got tired of all of us b*tch*ng about how hard the first puzzles were!

Hard is good, keybashing is bad. Anyway, it looks like Brackin's been the only one working on the puzzles lately. Elite psych, pinhead, and faeder are all him according to the designer sig. Maybe the other guys haven't had a chance to work on them lately...?

I'm just happy something's been up. I thought the psych exam was a neat idea. And pinhead worked better than purity, so it has been on an upswing.

Maybe they're just warming us up for another composure or blockrun...

Also -

I'm still wondering about Faeder Ure - in the past, puzzles have had multiple solutions, we may have accepted Old English too easily (after all, it did give negative karma). It could have had another less obvious acceptable solution that would give positive karma (Anglo-Saxon? or something).

Quite possibly.

I can think of all kids of puzzles they could do but, since I'm playing, I don't think it would be cool.

Same thing here with the making of puzzles, Wolfhawk. I was thinking about sending them to a PM, but I wouldn't know where to send the info OoG to a person who is active or in charge. But the puzzles can always be made for the opposite karma color, if you don't want to rock the boat too much; it's just resisting the urge to help here on UF that you'd have to quench Very Happy

And, oddly enough, this puzzle came when I started playing Wii bowling...

Somewhere in the mass of threads related to this game someone mentioned a call for puzzles the PMs put out on another forum. It had information about submitting them I think but I'm not inclined to wade back through hundreds of posts to find the one I'm looking for.
