Well, no one responded to my last post; I guess this board is dead. For the record, I did submit a video for this weeks task, but it was denied approval. I was a little perturbed there was another re-run and they could give a heck about their customers, so on the description of my video I put:

"You have to listen to the whole thing to hear my verbal addition. I don't have any microphone so had to rely on computer text - and I decided to put as much time into it as the show has put into it's customers - which for the past 3 weeks was re-runs."

For the record: It wasn't the best, but since I didn't have a microphone, I used "computer text voiceover" to recite words from all the posters that we had - ambition, dedication, enthusiam, etc (about 10 different phrases).

Ok, so that is it - I don't think my description was "that bad" - but denied! It wasn't the best I know, but it wasn't the worst either.

It is time to face it - no show, no game, not worth working on the tasks at the website. Done - take my name off.

Kona left a comment that someone else got denied too - that it was a glitch in the system - so maybe it wasn't my description that they didn't like.

Palm, your video shows up on your profile page, so it must have been accepted.
Mine has been uploaded for 24 hours and hasn't been approved yet.
Please don't give up on us!
Now if we can only figure out which motivational poster came from Elizabeth - cause I couldn't find one I recognized. If you roll your cursor over the poster you can see who submitted it (look at the address bar on the bottom of the page).

I'm sorry kona. This is so tedious. And slow. And frustrating.

FROM: Ryan Howard, Director of Dunder Mifflin Infinity

TO: All Dunder Mifflin Infinity Employees

SUBJECT: Happy Holidays

Dear DMI Employees,

I'd like to thank each and every one of you personally for being part of Dunder Mifflin Infinity this year. Unfortunately, I can't do that, so this memo will have to suffice.

As we enter into the holiday season, I wanted to take a moment and reflect how successful this project has been. Sure, we've had numerous delays and technical difficulties (which continue to this day). Sure, our deadlines have come and gone without much happening. Sure, our sales numbers have fallen well below even the most pessimistic financial analysts' expectations. Despite all of that, however, we're still here and we're still going strong! DMI has prospered in the face of adversity and if that isn't cause for celebration, then I don't know what is. So, until the end of the year, sit back, relax, open a carton of egg nog and start chugging, friends, because 2008 is right around the corner and Dunder Mifflin Infinity is going to knock your socks off.

There will be no new tasks until after New Years, so please take this time and spend it with the people closest to you. If that includes the members of your branch, that's even better. When we return in January, I expect you all to be reinvigorated for a whole new set of tasks that will take Dunder Mifflin Infinity to the next level.

Happy Holidays from me and the entire Dunder Mifflin Infinity team here at Corporate.

Most Sincerely,
Ryan Howard

Sorry for the double post, but if you go here: http://www.dundermifflininfinity.com/tasks/globalvote?week=10

Anyone can vote for the warehouse uniform from Elizabeth (hint hint).
And if you can do it multiple times from different IPs, that would be even sweeter.

I'd vote for it but don't see one labelled "elizabeth"

EDIT: it's page 15 out of 20 for anyone else voting.

Yes, sorry about that - select page 15 and Elizabeth's entry is in the middle of the page.

Cheating

What happened? I was gone a few days and now I read this:

"Dear Dunder Mifflin Infinity Employees,

We have just experienced what may be seen in retrospect as the darkest days in DMI history. During last week's task (the "Take a Guess" game), a small number of employees took it upon themselves to exploit a flaw in the game's design, thereby earning them hundreds and even thousands of illicit SchruteBucks."

Someone was hacking the game I guess.
