theres this cheat, if you change the url in task15, it will let you play for $bs over and over again, a lot of employees has done this to max out their $bs and the corporate wasn't too happy about it. But they fixed it now and also the maxed out $bs

The website updated last week with a new forum setup. Now all employees can communicate in a common area, while each branch has it's own private section as well.

We created business cards this week for the Task $bs.

Tonight the site is wonky.

bugs in site

I logged in to try and accept a request for a friend. When I signed in I just got a white window on the popuop window, and could not accept the friend. I thought I would leave a comment on their page so they wouldn't think I was rude because they requested 2ce, and wasn't able to leave a comment either. It would stop responding.

So if you are reading this "SOUL" I am sorry - I tried.

 My Card

Sorry about posting 2ce in a row, but I am so mad. I thought I better get my card in - today is the deadline. Took the time to make it, and the first time the site froze so had to do it all over again. Finally got it done, tried to save and submit and I got a message "Sorry your card did not save, there is a problem with the server" Evil or Very Mad So I have had it once again. Thought I would share it here since I took the time to make it.

Well thank you, but I am not going to do it a third time. I will try and send it to customer service instead but don't know if they will count it that way. Tried over and over again and it wouldn't save, so I gave up and closed my brower.

For those of you who have ignored your workspace, now is the time to come back to DMI Elizabeth.
This week our task is to "hack" the NBC "The Office" homepage and create a tribute to Elizabeth NJ with links back to our own profiles or other "The Office" pages as we desire.
Come into the Forums to help Elizabeth with the Task 23 submission. We need your input.

Each piece is separate (we are working on a "To Do List" for the long orange paper; and also "Why Elizabeth is better than Scranton" on one of hte postits.

Ideas & graphics welcome. All submissions go up on the forum or emailed to me, the Regional Manager. Then I submit our entries (1 for each section of the template).

If anyone is still following this (and considering that NEW EPISODES start next week), the Elizabeth branch is still alive and kicking.

All those who had been active in the site for the past three weeks received $Sb 200.

Corporate has upgraded the Forums area for multiple communication options between different Branches (and maintained a private area for Elizabeth, NJ).

Coming up: Task 25 - Design a Party Flyer
Coming up: Elizabeth is sponsoring a Tax Day Party (burn those W-2s)
Coming up: Hilo, HI branch Cinco de Hilo Party (these island bums are very well known for their forum parties).
Coming up: NEW EPISODE OF THE OFFICE, April 10th (should generate lots of chatter and probably new employees).

Well, I uploaded my video (not that great), but I am not holding my breath. My video from last October is still on the approval menu -

1. make sure you select the "Task 26" folder when you EDIT and Submit to Branch (you'll know it worked because the $200 $bs will show up in your profile).
2. Just delete the Pending videos (that's what I do). You can upload them another time (when you want to get those extra Affinity $bs).

Here is my main video. I had to do a second one for my clone at the Hilo branch.

There may be a bug in the system. Apply at an autohire branch (like Hilo, HI) and then reapply back to Elizabeth. After I rehire you, try it again. That seems to solve a lot of bug issues.

None of us can find any of our latest videos on the Branch page. The proof is really in your $bs for the Task.

1.0 comes to an end. Featured at Game Developers Conference. 2.0 starts in the fall.

Your virtual desk items aren't going anywhere, though, except to brand new desks. Also, we're changing a few of the more contentious features of DMI. Among these changes, branch managers will wield more power than in DMI 1.0 and we're cutting down the number of branches back to our original number of 100. It's not downsizing, it's consolidating. We're also improving our hiring policies in DMI 2.0. All branches will be open-hire for all employees' initial application. If an employee wishes to transfer, only then will the branch manager have the power to approve or deny the transfers into their branch. This will streamline the hiring process and make sure that every branch operates the same way.

Last but not least, we're going to be introducing a Manager Performance Review system to determine which branch managers will get to remain in their positions and which branches will be open for new management opportunities. More information on this will be posted soon.
