I'm pretty certain the blonde in the trailer and jamie are two different people. And I wouldn't think they'd be changing actors or anything like that but its a possibility... wouldn't help them out much though

Trying to figure out what she has on her wall, in the frame...To be honest it reminds me of the old documents format of things we had to read in high school history class. Like the The Preamble of the Declaration...on the other hand it could be a zodiac description you'd buy in a flee market. Just lookin around the room

OK, so I used the Photoshop MagicZoom filter on the framed document in a screenshot of Jamie's video and this is what I get:
Zoomed Frame

Um... I'm gonna assume you're kidding cause this made me laugh.

OK, I just noticed the wink at top.

Kudos. Laughing

We may actually find out that the "11 dollar" guy doesnt appear in the actual movie but was meant to represent "Hud" in the trailer. All of this easily explained away because no one is named in the trailer.

im not sure if this has been posted yet but i watched the trailer again Rolling Eyes and the guy at the end of the trailer who said its gonna be a great night well earlier in the trailer he states to the guy with the camera you owe me 11 dollars so that could be meant towards rob or as some speculate teddy guess we have to wait for more clues

any suggestions ?

A lot points to it being real, but I just the think fishy-ness about n00bs (like me) storming in here with #1 post answers. That's VERY fishy, to me at least.

well judging by the fact that it is the sme girl as on the photo on 1-18-08.com it would be very strange if it wasn't real

I got the vibe it was a more traditional video/digital camera, due mostly to the fact it had a lens cap... I'm presently unaware of any web cameras with lens caps.

As for camera recording whilst the lens cap is still on, I've found that to be pretty common with cameras that record on video casette... and presumably some digital ones as there's likely nothing to tell the camera that the cap's still on. My Dad once recorded 15 minutes of black void with the ambient sound of Disneyland Paris because he forgot the camera was still rolling. Razz

A lot of the Logitech "Ball" web cams have a opaque or translucent lens cover that flips down to block the lens, but they don't "turn off" the webcam.

Our girl's name is Beth McIntyre. It was obtained from the MySpace page. Only possibility is if she was married and changed her name. I say it's a weird coincidence. Wink
