dont tell august the babysitters dead(sorry couldnt help myself) anyway i msged Till. seems like he keeps up with his youtube account so it shouldnt be to long before a reply. also im not to keen on chess but i read that the knight pieces are the only other ones that can go first not sure if thats what he was talking about but thats what im guessing. could be right though since this is just the prologue.

ok just a thought I want to throw out there and bounce around a bit..

first off this question would be for TheBruce.. when the vid was sent to you, was it sent in a response by til hoffman or froschblick?

The only reason I ask this is because from what I see, it looks like the Froschblick name seems to lead us to things that are OOG related.. what I mean is that it seems like Til Hoffmann was a name created for ARG purposes by Froschblick/Alexander Litchska. He may have put the video on his OOG myspace page cuz he thought it was cool for his friends to see and comment on, without us, the players, also seeing this. Also, the Moirae.html page found doesnt lead us anywhere, which almost seems like a test page or something of that nature...

my basic rambling point is that maybe we were only meant to see the Til Hoffmann video? I could be wrong and most likely am, but I thought Id throw that thought out there, seeing as though it seems like this whole OOG/IG line is being blurred with this MySpace page...

what do you guys think?

totally agree...

as discussed, Alexander's site is more like a meta site, announcing the ARG. The initial video I linked to is posted by "Till Hofmann". But as with any godo arg player, you google for any other information you can find, and eventually came upon the Froschblick account that had also posted it, which led to the meta site. His removal of the froshblick video posting seems to support the idea that Alexander/Froschblick is the PM, and anything relating to him directly is meta/oog. Till Hofmann is the key here, and I (for one) never believed that Alexander was in-game at all. Just reporting all the facts Smile

I believe the questions at the end of my post indicated that too...

* who's in the video?

* what next?

I wouldn't count on donttellaugust.com being in game. If the PM didn't have it registered before we started, he probably lost it to domain squatters. With most whois services, they keep records of who has searched for what domains. Those records are available for people to review. If they see multiple searches for the same domain and its available, they'll snap it up and squat on it. This kind of goes back to the "don't announce your game till your ready for the players" thing I said earlier.

Actually, looking at the current whois, it would seem that it is almost certainly snapped up by a squatter.

Supposedly there was a link to donttellaugust.com on Froschblick's Youtube account where he had a duplicate video of the "prologue". I don't think anyone saw it other than thebruce before it was yanked.
