When I think of all the fun stuff we're going to do with the Forge, I harken back to the night I was introduced to the mighty joy of "Spartan croquet" on Ascension.

I just can't wait to be a Monitor and play Jenga with Fusion Coils.

OMG, that sounds like to much fun.
I wonder how many other games we can re-imagine a la Forge.

Blargg, i had thought of Baseball w/ Forge (Monitor "pitchers" drop an object into Valhalla mancannon to a batter with a gravity hammer) but apparently the forge testers did it with a Rocket Launcher-equipped player as the pitcher.

I'm so flippin' peeved. I was all set to hit the midnight madness, take the Tuesday off work, and play H3 until my eyes squirted blood.
Then a judge scheduled a hearing for me on Tuesday afternoon.
So... I guess I'll be seeing someof you Tuesday evening instead of Tuesday early morning.

I'm revamping our old 7th column chapter in preparation for Halo 3.
This is so we can have our own place to share stuff like Forge ideas, saved film links, etc. without totally dominating THIS forum. xD

Figured I'd poke my head in and say hello, as I sometimes do.
Got too busy to follow Iris, but things are looking good for me actually getting some Halo 3 time in over the next while - barring a last-minute "do-it-yesterday" project dropped on me at 4:30pm Friday.
Tomorrow evening can't come fast enough. Looking forward to meeting up online...

Waters100 reporting here. I haven't talked to most of you for quite some time, but comes halo3 time, I'm up for some games! Nice to see my friends list coming alive like it used to back in the ILB times!
Now I want to finish campaign first, so sorry if I ignored some invites last night.
And finally: "What's the password??"
Very Very minor spoiler to the second mission. I'm only describing where to go, not exactly what happens. But I'll post as spoiler as a precaution.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Can't really describe where, but there's a place in the second mission, where you're in a indoor road, with warthogs and semis destroyed. It comes to a point where you need to go through a door on the left side. But if you go straight, the road continues and after a right turn, there's a door on the right side, with a marine banging on the door and a dialog starts! Funny stuff! Oh, and there are different ones, cause I played that bit solo and co-op with a buddy and the dialogs were different!

Campaign Day OK, so I was up late on launch day drinking, partying and celebrating the release of the game... and knowing that I couldn't skip work entirely (no day away from work goes unpunished around here) I slept while most of you played...
I logged in on Tuesday morning to see that some of you gits had already completed the game on Legendary. Not wanting to shun the joy of playing with you entirely, I hopped into some multiplayer custom match goodness and much fun was had...
That said, I still want my 4-player-co-op experience
What say we specify a day of the week and call it "Campaign Day" for the next couple of months? Play though, get achievements, find skulls, etc. Help each other out in getting all the goods and just having tons of fun.
edited to add: I also wanted to propose that either Saturday or Sunday be "Campaign Day" as it's the day when most people will be online... this wouldn't mean that the only thing being played that day by beekeepers would be Campaign... just that it would be an opportunity for those who are trying to get certain campaign-only achievements, skulls, etc. to get that stuff done and have fun.
