[SPEC] Slusho! theory
new ingredient Slusho! came to life!!!!!!

Two the most perplexing mysteries of the Slusho! site are the abundance of SIXES and the abundance of Exclamation points!!!!!! So I put the two together and noticed that the only six!!!!!!
in the history is life!!!!!!. So taking the six words back from life(going backwards because of it's Japanese theme)
you get: new ingredient Slusho! came to life!!!!!!
It's meaningful because it supports the theory that Slusho causes the mutation of a sea creature and in essence came to life.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a secondary thing but interesting(I hope) none the less.
Abrams loves anagrams, this is from Jamies' blog:
This foreboding tale from Linds: "Evil abounds, Demon-Born. Eat two sandwiches

This is just one anagram from the remaining letters--(also try "flavor bonds with demon")

or

A bad monster bonds on with flavors

Have not found the good complete anagram yet(if one exists) but still worth looking into.

I don't know if this has much merit or not but I thought I should put it out there. The meaning of Jamies'
anagram message may lie in the history. Alot of things work:
becomes an enormous whale, combined flavors, libations, beverages, etc.

That's pretty interesting stuff. Well done!

I think you're right - that Slusho is involved in the monster's origin somehow. But, I can't believe it will involve some person drinking Slusho and then, somehow, becomming a monster. That's not in the realm of possibility; may as well have witches flying on broomsticks, defending NYC from the monster. Laughing

Still, in their harvesting of the secret ingredient, the Slusho people could have awoken something unrelated to the ingredient or Slusho. There's no problem with that.

Or, the ingredient itself might become the monster, but not in the drink - in the ocean. Once they harvest it, something changes, or some of it warms up and is left behind - I dunno. But, not the beverage. That's just too... silly.

My 2 cents.

Good stuff, though. Nice work.

Thanks , I don't think it with be someone drinking the slusho but maybe harvesting it , it going back to the original source through the sewer system, something like the half of dozen theories about slusho mutating something that have been out there from the beginning. This just kinda supports them -- New ingredient Slusho! came to life!!!!!!

Hmm...new ingredient slusho...You know since Chocolate Outrage was a working title of the movie, it wouldn't be hard to believe that the problem could be caused by complications developing Chocolate Rage as a new favor. Throw in your t-shirt theory and you've got one hell of a red herring on your hands, huh?

I always thought Chocolate Rage sounded like a Blaxploitation film, anyway. Dolemite 6: Chocolate Outrage!

Actually, just to point it out, most asian languages read UP TO DOWN, RIGHT TO LEFT.

Usually when read traditionally, the up to down thing is usually factored in. Only when reading it "western style", that is, left to right, do they remove the up to down factor.

That's a very interesting anagram you discovered, and kudos for your time.

But I felt it was prudent to point out that if you just went backwards, I don't think it's got anything to do with a 'Japanese theme'.

Rather, if you just base it on the merit of the sentence having 6 exclamation marks alone, and you pick out the clause, It would be "SLUSHO! came to LIFE!!!!!!" which I feel is ominous enough as it is.

Nevertheless, quite an interesting find you have.

Did anyone else notice that cheese is also a working title?

Maybe the movie will center around cheese.

Oh wait it's already come out (I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With). Perhaps there was a sneak peak at this movie at that premier?

Get over it, while I do find what you posted interesting, it is absolutely nothing that hasn't been thought of before.

The whole chocolate rage speculation is nonsense however, I find it incredibly unlikely that just because it has a production name it means it plays an important part in the movie. I assume cheese and cloverfield will not either.

And if cheese was a working title, why not hammer? Or mitten?

It's interesting, but irrelevant to progressing in this game, if it is one.

good theory

Red Walrus, but i still like your kottus(sp?) the furious theory better. While we are on the subject of cheese, anyone know why that was a working title?

I think cheese was the working title so people thought they were filming a cheese commercial. I do remember on slashfilm them talking about some employee saying it was a commercial or something.
