There's a link on www.wvsolitude.com that leads you to The Pocahontas Times. Follow the link and scroll down a bit...in the middle of the page, left-hand side, there's a small pic of a general store. Wasn't there a similar photo on Kevin's site or is my memory playing tricks on me?

No, it's pretty much just spam. WoW gold spammers are everywhere. They've hit the SO forums and wiki before, so an unguarded site like this is easy pickings.
