Wow, there is way too much information flying around here to keep up with! Sorry if this these are stupid questions but :

1. Why is everyone ignoring the website and concentrating only on IM and Youtube here?

2. Where is there a summary of what's been figured out, contacts for characters, etc.?

3. Is anyone working together or are you all working separately?

Athena said that the focus isn't the website. I think the website is more of a tribute piece. Scare- Where did you email Athena? Myspace?

It definitely should be summarized somewhere. I've just gone from the watching to participating stage a few hours ago, and I'm still kinda confused on what all's been found. It takes a while to get through everything on the website. I'll ask for a despoiler and help update it if anyone wants to start pooling the info...maybe start a summary thread.

I think we are working all together. We are sharing info and exploring on our own, but coming back to report. I think we will work even more together once we get the packages. I am excited for those. My only concern is that the puppet masters can read what we are writing here. Should I be concerned?

I'm working on a little map for the website.

I'm confused then. Why bother pointing back to the website if its not important for the game?

Also, what's the myspace profile(s) we need to add to get a package? Same with IM names.

Adding your home address in the contact page (e-mail button on the main page of SilverLadder.com) is what you do to receive a package. Yes, that seems to be the the most exciting prospect!

I'd also like to know the IM names.

In any case, back to the Raven's claw stuff. Benjamin James is a severely popular person in terms of Dickinson. He has buildings named after him, was recently given an honorary doctorate in Liberal arts, and was simultaniously the dean of freshman class and admissions, a professor of education and psychology, and the head of his department.

And as far as I can tell, he's still alive. Would contacting him be appropriate? I mean, he's really old, but we do need more info on Raven's Claw.

What I gathered from the explanation given by the Ace of Spades is that the site *is* important. It's just that what is up there now is not important, because they're going to be tearing it all down to put up whatever is going to be there on 11/11.

Lets look at some of the URLs, shall we?

Golgotha: http://www.silverladder.com/one/golgotha.htm - The spot where jesus was crucified. Explained by this site - http://www.gospel-mysteries.net/golgotha.html

Raudive: http://www.silverladder.com/spring/piracetam/raudive/ -
A researcher on electronic voice phenomena. "Va dormir, Margarete", which appears when you load the page, but then slowly goes away, is one of the EVPs. http://www.silverladder.com/spring/piracetam/raudive/ for info, and also info on EVPs. It should also be noted that this page has no counter.

Piracetam- http://www.silverladder.com/spring/piracetam/ - Piracetam is used for a variety of things, and has no side effects, which makes me want to get some. It can slow down brain aging, enhance memory, and help with stroke victims. http://www.silverladder.com/spring/piracetam/ - There is a GIF at the bottom of the page that appears to be jupiter flattened out, but that's just an uneducated guess. It should also be noted that this page has no counter.

Fortune - http://www.silverladder.com/summer/deadpigs/fortune.htm -A fortune cookie fortune. "Reconcile with an old friend. All will be forgotten." Lucky numbers 5 9 11 12 32 41. at the bottom it says "(I don't think so.)" In the titlebar, it says BBQ EGO GAS (Bubble gum death). http://cdbaby.com/cd/astrothrill2 could be what they're talking about, it seems to fit in.

Jonestown - http://www.silverladder.com/summer/jonestown/index.html - Jonestown was a settlement in Guyana started by the People's Temple, a cult from California. The site features hands bloodied on the knuckles on a background of something looking like a chair, with bodies strewn about the floor. The top of the background says "Those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it. The hands alternate between right and left nine times, and end with the number "909", which was the number of people killed at jonestown. The phrase at the top, a white night of grape flavor, could refer to the cyanide-laced kool-ade thatwas used in (if not these, then some other) suicides.

Commie64 http://www.silverladder.com/summer/commie64.htm - Commodore 64. The top says "All hail Greg Pfountz" Taken from wikipedia, "Greg Pfountz is an American computer programmer who created the Color64 BBS system. Color64 was a popular BBS system for Commodore 64 computers." It should also be noted that there is no counter on this page.

More later.

I consulted my god..

The answer was:
http://www.google.com/search?q=site:silverladder.com+&hl=en&safe=off&start=0&sa=N

Then look at the source of each page there and that will give you tons of webpages. more then one could shake a $6 whore at.
