Also, I'm seeing a lot about time travel. The fact that he died three months in the future isn't killing that vibe at all.

when you press # for more options, it says to press 4 to enter in the Lazermail Security Code.

Let's find what 4 digit numbers are on the site. Maybe it's something to be cracked

Searching silverladder on Web Archive reveals that the site has gone through many itinerations of weird, cryptic arthouse thing. He seems to have a fascination with oldtimey drawings. And choose your own adventure books.

Athena Snows of Seattle, WA is the myspace link that Enej said was the Queen of Hearts. It is sounding more like Silverladder is just a tribute site like Enej said, but why go to this much work?

Silver Ladder is a site formerly run by Shane Watson, who was confirmed dead at 11:11 PM on June 11, 2007 from injuries sustained from a car accident in Tucson, Arizona. Mr. Watson was the only person injured in the accident, as it was a one-car accident, and he did not have a passenger in his vehicle. Following the passing of Mr. Watson, control of the site was handed over to Ms. Athena Snows of Seattle, WA. The site has since been run as a form of interactive art exhibit in tribute to the late Mr. Watson.

Looking for an obituary reveals nothing. Why would anyone tell you to look deeper if it was a tribute? It doesn't make sense.

I know. It seems like a lot of work for a tribute.

I found lots of references to Shane Watson all over the internet. Apparently SilverLadder, used to be Silverladder studios. They promoted artists. He is all over the internet in old posts from the past few years. I emailed Athena Snows on Myspace and asked for direction in knowing what to do. She said:

There are no assignments yet. You can't climber further up the ladder yet.

You can set the stage by brining others into the fold. It is only through helping each other that you can find more information. Keep watching and listening and you will be pointed in the right direction. To begin with, at least, information will be spoon fed to you.

It will get a bit more tricky after that.

Also, there is not much to understand right now. What exists there now is a place holder. It's merely a doorstop. It may change soon. What really matters is what will be up there when winter comes. You will be part of it.

Well, not sure if you guys brought this up yet...buuuut. On another forum that I check out every once and a while about paranormal/odd/Arg-ish sites, it has been confirmed that Silverladder.com was an artistic site from a guy who, admits himself, that he had a lot of time on his hands one day. Not sure if the guy up staged it to an ARG or not. But he revealed the secrets the the odd site in a message put up during the Halo3 ARG to tell people what it was about and to leave him alone because it was in no way related to Halo3.

But the guy might have changed it to an ARG, not sure. But the myspace/youtube thing may also be a hoax.

Again, not sure if this was brought up before. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up.

Well, crap. I didn't want to be in this (being the scaredy cat I am), but Athena has invited me to her myspace friends list.
Guess I'll stick with this.
Count me in Smile

At the foot of http://www.silverladder.com/one/golgotha.htm there is 6861. I've noticed a couple of other pages with numbers are the bottom too. Haven't tried anything wth them yet.
