The reason people came to the conclustion "Ghost" by the way, was because someone asked the deuce of clubs what Koestler was right about.
His answer was the ghost.

And yes, despite the difficulty I STRONGLY suggest reading this thread to the end, and favoriting many of the links you find.
And don't worry, for people who like waiting for a brand new trailhead, this is STILL brand new. That's right. It's already gotten deep a month before it normally would.

Ugh, I've looked all over for that old sitemap we used when the site was up the first time and I can't find it.
You know, the one with ALL of the Silverladder links we found?
It'll help here.

After looking into ot it seems that the concet of the shovel was a precursor to the sword in the tarot. So, we may or may not be right on the tarot thing....

Isn't it weird? As our culture became more warlike, we replaced our shovels with swords.

Hey, you guys...

I don't know if anyone's seen this yet, but you know the picture of the explosion on the Summer Equinox page with the strange date at the bottom?

It has to do with Operation Teapot, a bomb-testing experiment on the 15th of April, 1955.

Research this: http://nuclearweaponarchive.org/Usa/Tests/Teapot.html

Also, Wikipedia says that April 15 '55 is also the day that McDonald's first opened. :p Just sayin'.

I agree with nbnewell in regards to the ghost mention, it was sort of the consensus on the IRC last night to an extent. However, it could easily be applied to either the Cards, Us, or Korp and still have equal value. :/

"Feigned retreat". Ohhh my. Korp? Sounds like it to me...

And more like a shovel... Hm.

Yeah. Ironically the Tarot had replaced swords with shovels (regarding to the history of the Spade.)

Hey, the rabbit hole hasn't even opened, yet!
This technically hasn't started.

Chronus: I just noticed your Einstein quote.

Lisa posted earlier about occam's razor.....

Occam's razor (sometimes spelled Ockham's razor) is a principle attributed to the 14th-century English logician and Franciscan friar William of Ockham. The principle states that the explanation of any phenomenon should make as few assumptions as possible, eliminating those that make no difference in the observable predictions of the explanatory hypothesis or theory. The principle is often expressed in Latin as the lex parsimoniae ("law of parsimony" or "law of succinctness")

entities should not be multiplied beyond necessity.

Do you think that the tell Eistein he was right comment was about your quote?
