[GAME?] Tip via ARGNet: DNV, LGV 14 --> Belgian ARG?

So, a message was posted to ARGNet that the editors had recieved a tip about a game starting soon:

You will be informed soon

PS: Find someone who speaks Dutch

The Dutch-speaking-part has been sorted out Wink, regarding the coordinates in the picture, they point to a bridge over a river in Belgium, between the villages of Hamme and Elversele, which is South-East of Antwerp and nearish to the Dutch border.

Second tip:

A website is coming. This is intended as a local game. If anyone lives in that area, feel free to ping him. Be cunning, for we will be aswell.

I'm looking forward to hearing of you.

Signed,
Vincent & Laurence

I'm not exactly close, so hopefully we have folks in that area, but if no one is, I could see if I could drive by there sometime... certainly not anytime soon though Sad

I know some people that don't live far from that place. I'll try to convince them to go there.

Any other trails? Puzzles? Anything?

If anyone needs the google map of the area, I've included a link to the bridge

Wow, glad I stumbled across this -- my husband and I are actually in Belgium right now. It's nearly midnight right now, but we can grab our trusty camera and head for those coordinates tomorrow...

Giskard, where are you? We're in Leuven.

Been below the bridge
project 14

Been under the bridge in question. Found a smutted paper saying "Dit is geen spel. Dit is veertien". Above there is a morse code.

Morse code saying: "Vernietig niet, veertien, verspreid veertien"

Ok, translation

So the text says: "This is not a game. This is fourteen"

The code translated: "Do not destroy, fourteen, spread fourteen"

A lot of graffiti below the bridge, and I think there are more messages, because there were people in day light.

Did had a lot of time to spend ... the front of the page said p14 and in the right corner (bottom right): "Wat is project veertien?"

Translation: "What is project fourteen?"

Did one bad thing, took the paper with me because it was wet and dirty, dried it at home to make it more readable.

Thanks, fons!

Ah, don't worry too much about taking it if you really had to to read it. I'm sure the PMs would be happy to at least have it played.

Will google around for this 'project 14' in both languages...

D'oh, no road trip for me, I guess. Good job finding it, though!

Any new leads on this one? Or is it a dead end?
I can't find anything on project fourteen.
