The only speaking for it being real would be that the reporter says "Did you see the.." and is cut off by static. I assume she was going to say the creature/monster/animal/whatever... It reminds me of how the reporter was cutoff in the original trailer.

Look, it's fake. It's obviously fake. Apart from the amateur quality of it, which is a DEAD GIVEAWAY to anyone who has watched enough movies to be able to spot that sort of thing, ask yourself this:

if it's a real 2nd trailer, why has it only been quietly released onto Youtube?! Why hasn't anyone seen it in a theater or on t.v.?

Ans.: Because it's not real. It's fake.
