Do you the SL-team should have a Myspace page? If so, I volunteer do run one. I think it might be a good idea to help recruit people. We can say on it that we are a core group of passengers waiting for the rabbit hole etc., to make it clear we are not IG. THen we can invite people like crazy and hopefully recrit new people. What do you think?

I think it'd be a good idea, except make it IG. MySpace is a TINAG environment, so The Core is just the group "climbing the ladder with The Deck" if you will.

What I mean is I would make it clear that we are involved with the game, but we are not one of the cards or the people behind it. The cards made it clear we aren't supposed to represent ourselves as them. I just think such a page would make recruiting much easier, since the profile would only be about the game and it wouldn't be mixed in with personal stuff from our friends. We could have links to the relevant pages, etc- like on the sl-team website.

Anyway, I would be happy to start on if people would like me to. I don't want to step on any toes however. Of course and languge on it can be discussed within a new topic in this forum.

Kay, Korp's MS page went unprivate for about 5 minutes with a blog stating the Korp PR Dept MS page was a fraud. Went back private almost right when it was noticed.

Nope. Sad Went private just as I was about to read it. It did say it in the "About Me" section, though.

Me, Being the smartaleck that I am...sent the KPR a MS message... (I don't know if this should go in the humor section or not... now that we know that KPR was a joke.) This is the message and the response.

Body: Here at the Public Relations Department, we did not send requests solely to "the core" without reason. By sending requests to a few "members of the core", we assumed that word would reach other clients since those people are leading the charge with the most bravado. This was meant to be an act of efficiency, not symbolism. We're sorry for the misunderstanding, and we encourage you to call us if you would like to further discuss Korporate policies. Each and every client matters to us.

I was little shocked that you sent friend requests to the SL core... and not to me. but it does show what kind of "company you work for" .

And by the way, I'm not a HIPPIE.

I'm an Anarchist. And I like it that way.

Sometimes... you have to stir the pot to get a reaction.

All of the numbers we've seen so far can be traced back to k7 voicemail. Good way to get "fake" numbers...

Core MS

My first thought about the SL core MySpace is... It puts us altogether, where any of us can get to anyone elses MS site, and look up vital information about us. This may be a good thing or bad. It certainly opens us up to gamejacks. Then again. We know whose really playing the game.

I'll be the lemming on this one and follow whatever you guys do as a group.
