First, just the picture
Then, 9:29:07 was text above the graphic
Now, the time has moved to the title bar and the site says "Welcome to the pLir"

Interesting...

The image is going to change, naturally. Which is why it said "I'm surprised you found it this fast." However, I'd predict that the number will be useful later...

I noticed that the wording on the second line was rather... strange. I figure, it's possible that it's just bad wording, or it's possible there's something else there.

EDIT: However, I checked-- it hasn't. [As of 10:38 PM EST, 9.27.07]

Also, note that the first three numbers of this so-called 'special number' is the date today.

there is a banner at the bottom about freewebs, there are two links within it. the freewebs icon takes you to freewebs signup page. the second one, just to the right, takes you to a new page:

ok, here is what I have uncovered.

Main Page

1. There are certain letters italicized. They spell "refug" (refuge maybe?)

2. There is a hidden sentence before pLir's signoff.

1. In the top right hand corner of the page, there is a strange glitch looking thing. Highlight it, and copy, you get this text:
