There is a 42sec vid that looks very argish. sounds like there is a voice saying random numbers and some other talking at the end. check it out.

Found a cryptic image! http://xenomata.com/prim_ax_point.html. And some sort of "access becon", http://xenomata.com/frgmnt0.html. Theres writing behind the picture, I'll try playing with the image. I am hopeful this turns out to be a good ARG. Google's description of xenomata.com comes out to Xenomata is not a game. Xenomata is a transmission. Stand by for transfer of access codes and control protocol specifications.

Also there is a cryptogram in the source, solve coming in a min or so. Also in the beacon page there is hex that solves to:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
ntmcscr1/disjointz2.gif
Which the first one leads to a redirection page that sends you to an index page where it says file not found.
There is still code at the bottom I can't solve and can ANYONE read that text?

this is all related to some sort of mining operation. The sites references a news letter, though i cant seem to find it on the page. That might shed some light on whats going on.

its binary. I'm translating it now. Edit: strange, it is binary, but its coming out to nothing but weired symbols. I'll try converting manually (I know how)

I am not getting anything either, the closest thing that I could come up with was this
it looks like and ip address. I tried it nothing comes up. a whois lookup comes up with.
Code:
Verizon Internet Services Inc. VIS-141-149 (NET-141-149-0-0-1)
141.149.0.0 - 141.158.255.255
Madison Public Library VZ-MDSNPBLCLBRRY-2 (NET-141-150-155-192-1)
141.150.155.192 - 141.150.155.223

I'm still not getting anywhere with the binary. I did it manually and am still getting weired symbols. They all are comintg out in either the extended ASCII sections or symols. I don't think the numbers represent ASCII text. I just tried going to http://www.xenomata.com/~root (the home folder for the administrator account), and it bounced me to a completly different website, all in German, that said "access denied" fsdata.se
