2D also called me last night. My call was *exactly* two minutes long. He has a very gentle voice, comes across as generally very soft-spoken, and seems very much like the kind of man who will only speak if he has something that will genuinely add to the conversation, rather than people like myself, or Jonah, who will speak only to fill the silence.
He asked if I had any questions, and I admitted that my brain was still rather mushy from the information dump the night before, and I asked how he felt about Jonah meeting with a passenger. He said it was a good step.
I asked if he'd started a rough sketch for the design for Jane (He told me via email he was thinking about starting one for her) and he said no, but he was happy with the line drawing he'd done for himself, and said we'd see it soon.
I mentioned that he'd told me "check in next week" via email, and I'd taken that to mean the conversation was over, and he said not to worry about it.
He told me he needed to go, and I thanked him for the call, told him appreciated the conversation, and that I looked forward to the next time we spoke.
The thing that makes me sad is that he sounded caught off-guard when I said that. Like not many people treat him with courtesy and respect via phone.
Oh. It's also of note that he does not say "goodbye." he just hangs up.

Or he just says "Times up" and hangs up like he did for me. :p

The cards spread info, so if one has your number they all do.
Which scares me. 6C must have our numbers, too.

Could you please stop saying that?... I really don't want the "reality" to change, and have the cards give our numbers to the former 6C...
I truly believe he never had them.. and left before he could get that info.

a no number called me... hahaha. I doubt though I'd get a call. I only called 2S, I called her twice and left my number.
I wonder why 2D is calling people? thoughts?

I think 2D is making calls because 2S is uncomfortable with it and 2C is silenced. It fills in some of the void.

I gave it to him directly just like I had to Jonah, and just like Jonah, he asked me for it specifically again. However, him asking me for it specifically was rather blunt. I quote: "Phone number please." This man definitely does not cut corners.
Also, it is 11:11.

LOL k. Sorry about that, love.
>_> Disregard that, cards, I suck. 6C definitely NEVER knew our numbers. *nudge nudge*

Does anyone have the 2 of Spades voicemail number? Now that the others are inactive it would be nice for this to be posted. It was in a bulletin but I've lost it somehow in the shuffle and it doesn't appear to be anywhere in the forum or the other sites.

The Two of Clubs called me today. 14 minutes.
He gave some crucial information:
what I said in IRC, because I am lazy. wrote:
<analogwatch> from one card to the next it's going to vary greatly what's going to show up on and off the site
<analogwatch> sometimes a lot will be required of us that's obvious
<analogwatch> we need to find certain things to cross certain barriers to get certain places
<analogwatch> some things will appear where people will look at it and say "What do we do with this?"
<analogwatch> sometimes even though there's no key doesn't mean there's nothing to figure out
<analogwatch> some of it will be looking at it and applying it to your life
<analogwatch> less is more, 2C says
<analogwatch> 2D's thing will be very subtle
<analogwatch> don't let each card build up an expectation for what the next week will be
<analogwatch> one other piece of information he gave me
<analogwatch> They will not continue to spoon-feed us this information
<analogwatch> This one was a gimme
<analogwatch> Not all the other cards are going to be this way.
<analogwatch> This stuff from 2C, it was spoon-fed to us
<analogwatch> Even though they had encrypted things, they gave hints as to what tools to use to decrypt.
<analogwatch> Always make sure you use these clues, these hints, as to what to use to decrypt
<analogwatch> and he reiterated AGAIN that every card will be different
<analogwatch> Don't hold what he's done this week to what 2D will do next week.
We also had some nice discussion about the Two of Spades and the Two of Diamonds. He once again wants you all to remember that the Two of Diamonds is not rude -- he's simply to the point. He'll only speak if it'll contribute to the conversation.
(edit) also, keep in mind that I was typing most of that IRC stuff while he was talking in my ear. Yay multitasking!
