Thanks Matt, Was hoping something would come up this week, since Ganu was suppose to have a meeting Mid-October with Tanznia Energy. Thought next clue from Tagruato site would be this week.

You know it's funny, my girlfriend loves Alias and she made me start watching it last night and in the first episode they meet in a convenience store and he asks her "Would you like a Slusho?" I had forgotten it was Abrams and I saw the machine and freaked out a little until I thought for half a second. I saw the machine though... it's big.

Something occured to me, and I can't think of any place else to put it.

I'm thinking back to the patents filed: "Overnight" and "Bold Futura".

I think "Overnight" makes sense as the movie's title, and it's a title I actually like, but why patent "Bold Futura" and not any of the other companies and names like Tagruato, ParraFun, Yoshida Medical...?

Then it occured to me: merchandising.

Think about it: inevitably this creature's going to have an action figure, and it's kinda pointless to have *just* the action figure: he needs enemies, or props, or something.

And who would it be? Not Slusho, because it doesn't have anything directly to do with the monster... Not ParraFun either, or Yoshida Medical... It would be the name which is on all of the EQUIPMENT: Bold Futura, the technology branch.

I imagine deep sea diving vessels, transports, underwater robotic things... all the things Bold Futura is plugging, coming out as little toys, either standalone or as foes to the monster. Or perhaps the monster coming with those things as extras or something.

I think Bold Futura will, at least visually, play a larger role than Tagruato. Tagruato is simply the higher power that brings all these things together.

I love the theory, and if this proves true and JJ wants to do a series (since it's our own monster), Bold Futura could come out with a mecha-monster to fight this monster. (as in the mecha-godzilla to try and kill Godzilla.)

Crap if all our theories come true, I'll be broke from downing Slushos and buying fake underwater bulldozers...
