Also, for those that are interested, locating the secret terminals throughout the game fleshes out the story of the Forerunners and the first firing of the Halo rings. The terminals are optional though, so if you're more interested in blasting baddies, feel free.

 		There are, just google for Halo 3 terminal locations... you'll find something.

I'm also working on getting a Terminals page on the wiki with all the info, since te terminals' logs pertain to Iris (or vice versa). I wish it were possible to screenshot the terminals in theatre playback, but it's not (and I actually found an annoying bug in my attempts Smile

The only screenshots I found are the two on kotaku. I want all the text... looks like I'm going to have to type it all up live and wait for someone to get screenshots Confused

in the game than the terminals and their relation to iris Very Happy

 		I found all the terminals and I couldn't help but be reminded of Iris.In a brief summary:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
One part is a log of events happening which seem to be recorded by AI possibly?After a but the messages are corrupted with 713.ghost flying everywhere with brief short messages at the end of the hacking.Some memorable ones for me were,"I see you reclaimer" and "I win"(the last message.". The second part is a conversatin log between 2 entities,D and L.L is trying to index or classify all the species he can which are on the Ark or Earth(I believe it is mentioned briefly but indirectly).D on the other hand is trying to convince him to stop and make a last stand against the parasite but L refuses.In the end L finishes his indexing and traps himself in the Ark and asks for them to fire the Array(Halos).


Please remember I'm not 100% if what I said is fully correct but it's my best.Please correct any mistakes or add as well.

In the terminals, there's mention of a Mendicant Bias, an AI. More specifically, 'Contender AI 05-032<//>Mendicant Bias ....'

Hmm... where did I hear that before...? Oh yeah, MB_05_032.jpg (AR's avatar). (MacBeth trying to take credit, tsk tsk tsk.)

Perhaps, OAR is OB, and NAR is MB, or vice-versa.

Marius proposed an interesting theory to me. Gravemind is a compond intelligence, maybe Gravemind was AR?

Heard the later one before. I think the Terminals told the story of AR and NAR OB And MB

I think they sent MB through a super luminal network to try to stop Gravemind, but it failed and was sent back to screw the Forerunners.
