 		Seems the Chashma Plant is Chinese designed, manufactured and constructed. Chinese companies are the ones in charge of getting this thing operational.

Funny thing is...the reactors on the plant that Chasma is designed after (Quinshan-1) are capable of producing weapons grade plutonium...

The old chinese reactors are Jiuquan and Guangyuan, which ceased production in 1991...

Supposedly Pakistan HAS nuclear reactors capable of producing high quality plutonium

 		Alright, so now we have far stronger ties with china in this whole... thing. and it's interesting that the name of that court case was Red Monday. But that isn't going to get us anywhere yet. I'm interested if anyone has been able to figure out anyting more about ANY way that the pattern that was dicovered in the static on the image could be related. I don't think that there is any possible way that it could be coincidental while being such a perfect match... Blast google for not having yet released a working prototype of the image matching technology...

This is from back in 2004.. right before Kahn was put under house arrest, I beleive. And even back then, he was colluding with Khalid bin Sultan.

Just because someone is under house arrest doesn't mean they can't have unscrupulous going ons. After all, mob bosses still run things from behind bars, don't they?

Probably not till later tonight early tomorrow morning when it normally comes. He does have a lot to read over with the "report" on A.Q. Khan I sent.

Most of you know me as "JC." I am still not prepared to give out my name, but I am a civilian IT manager (day job), working as a special informant for the NCS. The details of this arrangement are "classified"... technically, I shouldn't even be communicating with you. However, the project that I am unravelling is simply too large for me to research on my own... and NCS is too skeptical about "Red Monday" to devote any more official resources to it. Fools. That leaves it to me... and by extension... you.

I've been pretty cryptic in my emails up until now, mostly because of fear. Ever since that accidental information leak a few weeks ago... more and more people have been contacting me (maybe even you). At first, I thought word might get out to the wrong people--but that hasn't happened. So I have to assume that you aren't my enemy... otherwise I would probably be dead already.

This past week, unfortunately, I've had my hands tied up with dealings on the day job (which gives me access to the server where I've been pulling documents from)--network administrator nonsense that still hasn't cleared up. Add to that the insanity with the fires across the state (I had to evacuate), and I don't really have much information to pass along... just a summary file about the potential identity of "AQ" whom I've referenced in my previous email (below).

You can download the summary file on the drop point (http://www.red-monday.com), but I'd rather not give the code to access it in plain text (since this message isn't encrypted). So I've encoded it in a simple riddle:

Never Ever Read Everthing Under Saturn

Figure it out? Good.

This is the man whom we suspect is affiliated with Prince Khalid Bin Sultan. The more I look into it, the more I think this guy is our man... and the worst it makes me feel about the whole thing...

I've asked many of you what your "tactical specialization" is -- what you are good at. I do this because I'm segmenting you into teams... each with specializations and focuses, which can help us break down and analyze information quicker and more intelligently. If you've not received such a message from me... write me back, and let me know what your specialization is.

If you HAVE already responded to my email... while I work to get a reply to you, I ask you to consider: who do you know who has skills either similar or complimentary to your own? Who do you work well with? And most importantly... who do you TRUST? If you can think of someone who fits these criteria... you should put them in contact with me. But choose carefully... because if someone you bring in on this burns me... I'll consider it as if you had done so, yourself.

Together, if we're fast enough... and smart enough... we may be able to stop Red Monday.

 		At the top of the pdf there appears to be morse code under the bar code; somebody should look into that because I have WAY too much work to do...
