What about the ciphers being on multiple levels?

Like say he first used ROT13 to make the first strand of letters, then used Trifid to make the strand we see now?

...odd....

JC's avatar on Twitter is from Code Geass. The lead role of a man name Leluche who is codenamed "Zero"

The series' full title is "Code Geass: Leluche of the Rebellion"

It's about a band of rebels fighting against a world government, good series, i've seen it.

Odd though, is that JC is using tactics employed by the cartoon's "Zero" who never shows his face and hides behind a mask, yet successfully and tactfully leads a small ragtag group of rebels into growth of an army large enough to be formidable to the world government in the series.

In the series Leluche is good at gathering resources, like weapons and information and uses blatant publicity enlist new members of his group.

...oddly familiar...although I don't ever remember Leluche using codes.

If you're looking for a passkey, try Geass...I'm just pulling straws here and hoping one's right.

Hey, to busy to comment on every thing. There is new code on the twitter page and the code in the picture is mores if you enlarge it you can read it better. I would but I really cannot stay on long. Family issues. I will check in when I can.

Exactly what I was thinking.

Unfortunately, a lot of the groupings of dots are three long, and in braille they only extend two long.

Well, I tried Rot13, Trifid, and Rail-Fence in every possible combination on the Morse-coded characters, and got nothing (unless I mis-stepped somewhere along the way).

Found this on dictionary.com, but I have been known to be wrong before.

one-to-one /ˈwʌntəˈwʌn/
–adjective
1. Also, one-one. (of the relationship between two or more groups of things) corresponding element by element.
2. one-on-one.
