CityList

I tried fiddling with the order of the cities, changing their sorting to see if I could find some sorta pattern. No dice. I'm attaching the Excel sheet I made so you can play around as well.

Fuck. So, I think we're all on the same thought right now, aren't we? We know what they're doing.

Anyways, shall we put the map and city list on http://rm.13lights.org ?

I'm off to school, I'll check back in about 6-7 hours. Mmm...color codes, I'll try and see if I can get anything on the school's library on the subject.

Does anyone know how to decode the color bars?

I am not certain, but am speculating that this could be Polybius Square with the colours representing the rows and columns.

EDIT: Having tried all 120 permutations I can confirm it is NOT Polybius Square.

stadiums

if they are targeting stadiums.... i would supposed they would do it when the stadiums were packed full of people. it isn't probable that they would all be full of people all on the same day or maybe it won't make a difference if what they were planning is really a nuclear device... just thinking aloud

I am going to say that the color codes are NOT a ranking system look at them colors closely. Some city in Utah has the same coding as D.C., yeah not a ranking system.

If this game turns out to be something about sports, I'm going to be pissed.

I hate sports.

But perhaps we could fill in the rest of the "stadium" column by figuring out what big stadium is in each city. Or perhaps that isn't necessary.

Maybe we should let the stadiums get bombed. It would get rid of a lot of annoying people.

No offense to anyone who likes sports. Just don't go to the next game.

EDIT:

The first column has only the primary colors in it - red, yellow, blue.

The second column has what appears to be some primaries and some mixes, introducing green and purple, but no orange.

nov 26

there is a monday night football game (november 26) which is miami at pittsburgh - location heinz field - pittsburgh is one of the names on the list

EDIT : i am also going through the spreadsheet that was put on here looking up stadium and team information... could be hard to figure something out since most of the cities named have a few different sports teams... the 6 locations that are listed on that spreadsheet include football, baseball and a college football team (and an aquarium?)... ill keep pecking away to see if i can figure something out!

On the second column, there might be a pattern... At least, for the first 12. The colors repeat themselves. The same 4 colors in the same order reappear twice (8 names, starting from Minneapolis). It's hard to explain >_< I know nothing about codes, so I dunno how much I can help... BTW, there was nothing on coding in the school library.

Yes - that image has been tackled. It's located in the city of Al Madinah in Saudi Arabia. We're not really sure what's its for though, or why it's labeled "Rabbit Hole." Supposedly some of our persons of interest met there.

It sounds daunting, but the last 15 pages worth of posts would get you in top-notch speed.

A note on the map vs. the city list:

Some of the cities on the list are not marked on the map, including Lawrence Kansas, Montgomery Alabama, and Norfolk Virginia.

I'm going through the city list and marking the colors on the map.

EDIT:

Fruit of my labors:

EDIT: For reference:

Can't say I found anything of note, though.

The 2 markers in white were not on the original map, but they are in the city list.

The marker with a "?" is not on the city list.

If the map didn't have the name of the city under the marker, I put it in for ease of viewing.

Cr0ybot, that's some really great work. I'm impressed. Even if it leads to nothing in the end, you're the kinda guy we want on the team.

ok as im going through the list, i realized that each one of these cities has a hydroelectric plant... not sure if this has anything do to with anything, just passing it along... im thinking the sports thing is a throw-off, but still looking into that

EDIT : another thought, i dont know much about the military, but could the color blocks be stripes they wear on their uniforms?

im probably way off base here, but im really trying to help Dunno

No, the stripes aren't color-coded. There are awards that are color-coded, though.
