Damn, after reading about all that stuff about how the myspace communication was a hoax...very annoying.

I had my suspicions at first, thought it seemed odd (the content) and such, thought there might be a change it was a hoax. But I figured, what kind of stupid A**hole would lie about something like this. Its far worse than creating a site, its actively leading everyone to believe something which isn't true. A whole load of time has been spent on this.

Its just...I cant understand why someone would do that.

Well, I guess I have to go back, sifting through what I learned from the messages and forget them.

Had to break the veil as a lurker to say that this is 100% fake (if there was any lingering doubt). The html document was altered and not very well I might add.

Ah, man. I was naive... I trusted Colby, took his word for it. Made a sucker of us (save for Toasty, that is). Dang.

I'm really interested to see how the sucker refutes this, if he even has the balls to post again, that is.

I'm pretending Colby's post doesn't exist at all, and attempting communication channels on my own.

I suggest you all do the same and try to get your own answers. Until you yourself can verify authenticity, everything should be seen with a certain degree of suspicion.

"Hate" is too strong a word...*I* don't hate colbyrook, anyway. He's not the first hoaxer attached to 1-18-08, nor the last.

But what makes *his* little trick all the more nasty is that he hijacked a major thread to do it. Yeah, there have been hoaxes like the "adshels" reported in the UK, but the hoaxer confessed to it and (more importantly) set up an entirely self-contained thread introducing the hoax. In other words, you were free to go there and believe or disbelieve, didn't matter that much.

But Colby hijacked *this* thread -- the TAGRUATO thread. Which, like the slusho.jp and Characters' Myspace threads, is likely to become one of the biggest and most utilized, at least for the next little while.

So it's like he dumped 10 pages' worth of spam right in the middle of all this. And we're still wasting words on it....so yeah, I still think we should just start up a new thread while it's still young. Just my opinion.

suuuuuckss I actually believed him.. guess it shows that you can´t afford to be a little bit naive sometimes.. someone will eventually show up and seduce the believers (or something like that ).. anyway, lesson learned..!!
