At the risk of spamming the new thread, I must say, usually when someone recreats a a spammed thread, they include some information, even the basic.
It's also not in your authority to make the new topic, as it would seem.
I would leave it to mrToasty, the discoverer, to create the new topic.

Check it.
Tagruato is a collective of top scientists, engineers, and businessmen committed to leading our investors and the whole of mankind into the future.
We regard ourselves as explorers, and believe there is much more our planet has to offer than has already been discovered. We view every challenge as an opportunity for innovation. With our groundbreaking deep-sea drilling technology, Tagruato has positioned itself to become a world leader in energy resources, medical research, advanced technology production, and consumable product.

You need to select English on the first page, which takes you here:

KUDOS to Lasher and Dr. Awkward for doing all of the legwork that led to this.
I suggest the "higher authorities" rename and lock the old thread. Anything more need to be added to this?

This seemed to spark some interesting debate, it should be included.

Nothing that has to do with the ARG, just something I thought was funny...
In Mito, the city where the Nursing Home is, the official city flower is a bush CLOVER.

Heh, not really part of the ARG but still that's a nice find
it's insane that, wherever we look, we keep seeing references to 1-18-08 and cloverfield, even in real life.

Yeah, trying to be helpful on UnFiction is like trying to be nice in jail. It gets you nowhere fast.

This is quite possibly very stupid but I thought I'd throw it out there. I did do a search before posting, I promise. I'm a lurker of a couple of months and I've really enjoyed watching you all puzzle things out. Anyway.
crazedstapler posted here http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=21309&start=105 about watatsumi-no-kami and was pretty much ignored. The thing is, I found this page: http://www.marvunapp.com/Appendix/oldmanoftheseanamor.htm
It's about a Marvel comic character called the Old Man of the Sea (though in the comic he was unnamed) who is an extra-dimensional diety that lives in a cave at the bottom of the Atlantic. He has an amulet that is round and red, very akin to the Tagruato logo and he has followers, called Fish-men, who lash out against humans. The Fish-men have four-fingered hands, one opposable thumb and three clawed fingers.
There is also a Japanese diety translated to Old Man of the Tide (or Sea, read the website) who has a messenger called Wani, seen here: http://www.marvunapp.com/Appendix/draglrdj.htm#wani
Wani rested for 500 years and was awoken by off-shore drilling.

more on the wani I think you may be onto something, with the Japanese old-man from the sea, and how it was awakened by off-shore drilling. I searched google for just the wani and got many pages but mainly those of google books, and reports. The Wani, might just be the monster. I doubt it though considering what he said at comic-con.

elsewhere, other sites haven't come up with anything conclusive regarding the tagruato corp other then providing maps of the area where the business is listed as being. Maybe theres a clue on one of the other business's website?

was also thinking. Is there a way to search Japanese websites that were created around the same time as the tagruato website and Slusho. There may be a site we've overlooked. There may be a directory of websites newly opened or something. I've searched but have been unable to locate one.
could someone help?
