well honestly i doubt they are considering them no offense but it seems to me that the la time clock is what they go by

It would make the most sense for them to go off of the NY time, as that is were the characters live.

 		i mean if it is gonna happen tonight it will be around 3 est. so thats my wait for the night..lol it will happen either then or late afternoon if not then monday morning around 9 pst.
