Accessing via SSL returns "An error occurred while processing your request" along with a reference number.

I refreshed the page a few times. So part of the "reference" number varies e.g.

Reference #97.27bb1a45.1197286139.e95de78
Reference #97.27bb1a45.1197286200.e9630d8
Reference #97.27bb1a45.1197286246.e967155
Reference #97.27bb1a45.1197286310.e96cd1b
Reference #97.27bb1a45.1197286480.e97b202
Reference #97.27bb1a45.1197290449.ea733e7

First I thought, let's say 1197290449 is a decimal IP = 71.93.51.209. They're all similar, with no response. IP block is from Charter Communications which looks like an ISP to me.

Anyway a bit more Googling suggests that this is an IP provider error. So maybe it's nothing or maybe they are in the middle of setting something up.
