I sent an Email detailing a journey from London to Dover that went wrong when we was ambushed on rote and ended up in a settlement of survivors in Leeds castle. I got a mention on the last update as "Martin from Leeds". Maybe I should point out that Leeds Castle is not in the city of Leeds and is in fact nowhere near that city as its near Maidstone in Kent!

Ah, that makes sense now. I was wondering who you were. I am aiming to make my journey to scotland, jack and plane and head over to Falcon Rock. Good idea?

I received an email reply saying that they have had a few big events at the rock but the GRID would be updated very soon.

I only got it because I sent an in character email to Falcon Rock asking for updates, I got an auto response first and then about five days later - 12-26, I got a response from CJ saying that the Rock had a few big events but that updates were coming really soon.

If anyone wants, I can forward the email to ya....

SITE F Flash Traffic

This batch message is sent at the verbal request of Cody Jasper.

On 14 May 2010, the Soyuz TMA 1 capsule returning three ISS crewmembers to Earth experienced a major malfunction of its DCS. At this time, survival of crew and spacecraft cannot be confirmed.

Preliminary analysis of partial telemetry received this facility indicate the spacecraft entered a ballistic reentry before loss of signal. Major R. Leonova, commander ISS, reports that if the spacecraft maintained its last known trajectory without additional guidance malfunctions, its landing area could be as much as 500 km southeast Falcon Rock, OR, placing it within a 50 km CEP near the intersection of the Oregon/Idaho/Nevada borders.

At this time, Site F does not have the resources to launch search and rescue missions at that distance. Colonel J. Manwary, commander Site F, has tasked four repair squads to re-establish emergency power to known RF repeaters associated with this site, which have the capability of receiving Soyuz emergency frequency transmissions. Cody Jasper is assigned to Beta Team and is unable to provide his customary updates on the GRID. However, via radio communication from the field, he has made the following requests of the "Survivor Network."

1. To all survivors in the southeast corridor between Falcon Rock and the possible new landing area, report any unusual aerial phenomenon noted at approx. 0600 hours local time, 14 May 2010.

2. To all survivors within 100 km of the Oregon/Idaho/Nevada intersection, watch for three uninfected persons traveling together. Note that the three ISS crewmembers are fully apprised of current conditions and will be armed with the shotgun from their capsule. Therefore, upon sighting them, remain at a distance while establishing voice communication. For safety, the recovery password is ALBERTA. The response is BLUEJAY. Do not expose yourself until the proper sign and countersign have been given. It is absolutely essential to remember that any nearby infected will be drawn to these vocalizations and so, after contact is made, depart the area immediately.

Site F is also making regular attempts to reach the ISS crewmembers via the satellite phone they are known to carry, and will report if contact is made.

Regular updates will resume when Beta Team returns from the field.

That is all.

Captain A. Gil, USACE

if im correct their time May 02, 2010 = Jan 02,2008 our time
so somethings gonna happen on Jan 14, 2008 our time, I have a feeling its going to take place IRL, too bad im not from that area, what do you guys think?

Not nessecarily, but at east we have a new piece of info - the space capsule crashed, and anyone in America should be on the lookout for them. Being in England, I'm unfortunately out on this one. Anyone on here near the locations the email mentioned?

It seems a bit late for me to join, but as nothing major has yet manifested I might as well contribute.
I live in Oregon, but I'm apparently west of Falcon Rock, rather then the desired southeast, and well outside the desired 100 km range (At least I think I am, curse you rest of the world and your unified system of measurement!)
For all interested parties the suspected landing zone would place our beloved spacemen in the middle of a near trackless wasteland of desert, and mountain, so you might want to hesitate before you start sending in reports of sightings.

falconrockcommand.com is counting down again, lets hope this update will give us more clues into this.

While I, suck at finding places I haven't been, will try my luck to pin-point the possible landing area.

I'm in England I'm afraid so I'm a little far from any potential landing site.

C'MON! The countdown timer has gone back to the emergency broadcast message again. They better start giving us updates again, or this ARG is really gonna lose out, which is a shame as it has the potential to be awesome. I've never been in one which has (apparently) been so user driven.
