my initial email was inquiring about Slusho. Which probably is why the reply is geared towards Slusho. I have replied to message see if I can get a non automated reply.

Interesting, this continues our trend of non-Japanese asian names.
The closest Japanese equivalents to all of these names would be:
"daiske" = "Daisuke" (last name is proper Japanese)
"Tzigane" = I dunno... maybe "Tsu-i-ga-ne" or even "Su-i-ga-ne"
That's a hard enough name to pronounce without making it Japanese

They pretty much told you to continue asking for more information! The bit of information that is blaring out at me is that he specifically referred to Slusho! being the 2nd most popular drink in Asian markets. Mark, when/if you reply, please ask them something like "How is it possible that such a great drink as Slusho! is 2nd place! What drink is 1st place?"
I'd do it myself but it would be better coming from you as you have created a context to ask questions in.

Does anyone else find it a little creepy that on the phone and now on the emails they always say "we'll find you"?

You could you know, still email them yourself. You could simply say " a friend told me that Slusho is number 2 in the Asian market, how can that be?"
Anything remotely plausible might work, and emailing might make you feel more connected to the story. It never hurts to send an email and when you get one back, you'll be happy.

Not unless they start adding "and we'll kill you."
I've had many people tell me via the internet "I'll find you" and none have, even the few that did say "I'll kill you", but the latter are the ones that would generate any concern for me at all. Digging holes takes time, and can be SO tiring.
A bit more seriously, I think the point of that would be 'don't expect us to respond regularly, we will when WE are ready'.

Tagruato is a fake company created by an evil person intent on taking over the world (quite like Dr Evil) The drilling stations are actually drilling into the earths core to release liquid hot magma and scortch the world and when it cools, the world will be his! mwa ha ha
seriously though, i don't think anyones going to get any constructive replies from the company

Cool. Evil company. Sounds like a good investment. I wonder what their shares are going for... Hm.

someone should do this:[serious]
ask them about any possible side effects of slusho! maybe mention a friend in japan or something who got terribly ill after consuming a load of slusho (HE DRANK MORE THAN SIX).
say that you are not worried but maybe curious.
ALSO
maybe a direct question like:
how can it be my friend in japan and his friends and family have heard nothing about slusho or your company before - are you faking your facts or living in a (fictional) parallel universe?
could also be interesting
