it's actually:
Quote:
080914201011162212131824141520001617220218
1924042021000622230208242504100001061202

(you have MG where it's 1116 Wink)

the shorter green line is:
Quote:
0308140405101606071218

it's even number pairs, from 0-25, but their letters don't spell anything, except (a coincidental?) "HINT"

using a base 0 alphabet (A=0, Z=25), we get this:
Code:
080914201011162212131824141520001617220218
 I J O U K M Q W M N S Y O P U A Q R W B S

 T Y E U V A G W X C I Y Z E L A B G M C

0308140405101606071218
 D I O E F L Q G H M S

base 1 alphabet (A=1, Z=26, ?=0)
Code:
080914201011162212131824141520001617220218
 H I N T J K P V L M R X N O T - P Q V U R
1924042021000622230208242504100001061202
 S X D T U - F V W B H X Y D J - A F L B

 C H N D E J P F G L R

As discussed on IRC (#exilearchive):
there are 3 increasing sequences in the numberlist.
1 is the numbers from 00 to 25 (series A)
and there are two with just the even numbers from 00 to 24 (series B&C)

like this:
AABCAABCAABC.. etc.

ok that makes sense... so to be more visual, the strings are broken up into columns... each column counts +2 after each set of 4
Code:
08 09 14 20
10 11 16 22
12 13 18 24
14 15 20 00
16 17 22 02
18 19 24 04
20 21 00 06
22 23 02 08
24 25 04 10
00 01 06 12
02 03 08 14
04 05 10 16
06 07 12 18

I was wrong about it being numbers, with oodles of help from übergeek and his amazing technicolor dreambrain, I now think they are letters.

Top left square: Toothpaste - flouride = F
Top Middle : force * distance er toruqe which is represented by tau = T
Top right: mathematical constant - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E_%28mathematical_constant%29 = E

Second row left square: a representation of potassium - K on the periodic table.
Second Middle: The King in chess starts on the E file of the chessboard = E (not too sure about the letter here)
Second right: ?

Third row left square: ? U perhaps?
Third Middle: Lizard lady from the tv show V = V
Third Right: ? Looking into it

So so far, we have:
FTE
KE?
?V?

ETA: The picture with the music is the song "One" from A Chorus Line.

Third row left could be V... most likely

Flouride/Toothpaste
Tau/Torque
E
?
?
Wake/Wave
Ocean/?

K/potassium
King/E/chess
?

V(arms)
V/Lizard Lady

??

MIDDLE: K
Potassium - K
King - K

BOTTOM: V
Arms Outstretched in a V - V
Lizard Lady - V

Your theory is a bust though. The 3 box, first row is definitely the convergent series that describes e. Look at the wikipedia link Twee provided. Down near the bottom, you'll see the same formula.

It's not Tau, but joule.
1 joule = 1 N·m

I should have clarified more in the post like I did in the chat, What I meant was the first two pics in each row seem to have the same letter, and the third varies. It seems to be the same in all three rows.

Force times distance is torque and in the metric world is always described in N*m. The symbol used to represent torque is tau (looks like a t). A joule is a scalar and torque is a vector, so joules are never used to describe torque. I think its still "t"
