I think the repeat is just the transmission going back to the beginning of the thought/phrase, rather than continuing mid-stride.

Looking for any reference to the first phrase, I only came across endless references to the lolcat image "One does not simply tank cat into Mordor", all over the place... it's a play on the phrase "One does not simply walk into Mordor" spoken by Boromir. Also one weak reference to "Crimson Attack Tank (C.A.T)" (the Tank C.A.T )

Anyhow, I think the transmission just 'broke' because of the style of reference? or maybe an insufficient cultural reference? Maybe it got mis-directed by the "one cannot simply" and quoted the lolcat, realizing it was the wrong reference for what the actual translation should read. Maybe the machine sending it 'laughed' at the joke =P

All I can find though is that the Tank Cat reference is from a lolcat image, and the reference was corrected (rightly, I would assume) to the Sisyphus/Psyche reference.

EDIT: What would you assume "Tank Cat" would mean in the world of LOTR? I mean, Boromir wouldnt be referring to a "Crimson Attack Tank" ... and the Tank wasnt exactly a vehicle used in Middle Earth lol so Im curious as to what, specifically, Boromir was referring to when he said "One does not simply Tank Cat into Mordor" .. I realize overall what it was meant to mean but im talking specifically... Tank Cat in middle Earth.. I would assume the word "Tank" is nowhere in their vocabulary. Mr. Tolkien really threw a curveball here.

The way the conversations cut off and begin on the next line it seems like there may only be one or two more pieces until it's complete. The e-mails seem to be coming fairly quickly so we may have the whole thing pretty soon! Hopefully it will lead us somewhere else so this can keep going...
