Notes:
1. Pixel/Meat pins. Pixel means you don't want to be bothered in real life. Meat means you're open to real life hookups. If you added yourself to the map early, be sure to update your pin type by logging in and clicking "Edit this pin" on your pop-up.
2. Customized the color scheme to emulate Unfiction's.
3. Organized a prominent link back to this forum and added a section for blogs. Mine and Dennis's are listed. If you have one and would like it listed as well, drop me a note.
4. At the time of this post there are 127* members. That's respectable. If you know of any other haunts where the similarly obsessed congregate, consider inviting them to join as well. I can further customize it to represent their localities. In particular I'm thinking IMDb. Unfortunately (stubbornly), I'm unwilling to buy anything from Amazon so can't post in their forum. Again, drop me a note and I'll gladly update the map/design/content to reflect additional communities.
5. Otherwise, if you have an idea or preferences, let me know.

Umm, frankly i love that picture (it's the background on my computer and my girlfriend says that quote everyonce in a while to make me smile), but seriously not cool as a profile pic. TOO BIG
Now, did you notice that font was obnoxious. So's your pic.

Is a login now required to access the map - I don't think I created one when I added myself?

@Mikeyj: No login required.
The map has been broken (member info lost) for about a week now. Frappr seemed pretty temperamental from the start, so I let it be, figuring it might fix itself. That didn't happen, so I emailed them Wednesday. Below is the response. I'm not sure whether it's worth doing over,... yet. Maybe in a week or two, if it's still busted, I'll come up with a Plan B and try again.

Hi.
Hello,
Platial has just taken over frappr, but we don't yet have control of
the frappr database or hardware. We are trying to get in there as
quickly as possible so we can solve the problems being reported.
It is very unlikely that the messages have really been lost. Real
lost data is a serious issue and even though we have not yet gotten
access to the frappr back end, I am sure that they have the usual
safeguards and that we will soon be able to recover your messages.
Thanks for your patience. If you have any other questions or thoughts
about your frappr map, you can email me.
