Seems most of the actors in the film have been in smaller roles or TV or just breaking into the industry. I'm sure the smallish budget of the movie (30 mil is A LOT to me, but small for a movie) was a factor.

Whoever is playing Jamie has to be a complete newcomer and because of her ARG role, she is getting a lot more "screen time" then the others. Someone would have recognized her by now if she had some old TV roles. She should get herself an IMDB page or something.

Google Blake Lively and you come up with a wealth of images that show her looking JUST like the "Rob's awesome" girl. Some of them even have her looking like Jamie Lascano.

Some links even show her in an interview where she's asked *point blank* about her involvement in "Cloverfield" and she gives coy answers!

What have you got against her? Do some work!!

Maybe I'm too hungover to focus, but can you post these Google'd pics where Blake looks like Jamie? I just ran through Google's image search and I couldn't find even one picture where she bared any kind of resemblance to Jamie Lascano. At all. I do think she's possibly the "Rob's Awesome" girl, but as for Jamie, there's no way.

I've been lurking here since late August, when I managed to find the trailer while looking around the Apple site for the Iron Man trailer, but I've had all I can handle and I feel the need to post now (and I apologize for the negativity of my first post, but my outrage is immense).

Who in the name of all that's holy decided that Jamie Lascano is hot?

Maybe it's just my utter and complete loathing for the type of party girl this character is being portrayed as, or maybe I just can't get past her weird nostrils, but I find myself more or less disgusted as I watch each video on jamieandteddy.com. At the same time, though, I'm utterly fascinated at how this apparently unknown actress is able to so convincingly portray the vast majority of sorority girls I had the pleasure (?) of dealing with during my years at Penn State. And, tragically, any of them that I've kept in touch with in the ensuing five years since graduation have more or less remained in that mindframe - they have jobs, and are, for the most part, good at them, but as soon as they leave the office, they revert back to their college days of wanton drinking and promiscuity.

With that off of my chest, I return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

Welcome to unfiction former lurker and I have to agree with ya man.Jamie isn't really hot at all not too mention she's got some downstairs problems wich make her even less hot(shudders) so ye...who in God's name did declare she was hot...and why does everyone agree....you got me swingin..it wasn't me though...hehehehe Laughing

I don't think Mia Kirshner is Jamie; I don't think they look alike at all. Jamie has that piggy nose and a ruddy complexion, this girl doesn't. The search continues.....
