Why the hell would some kid take this on as a project if he wasn't going to give it 100%?

Theres LOTS of keen people on here (I even f*cking offered to fly, AT MY COST) to pick the damn package up!....

Has indeed become a joke...

Again, I'm really sorry Trinstod, this had the makings of truly AWESOME!

Maybe if you allow for underage crappery, and let us get the tape to a new person - and all its sundry extras (I still can't get over that 'there was a torn up cat but she left it behind f*ckery, thats when i knew we were buggered)...

Maybe if we can get it to an adult that wants to give this a good go, we can have a new deadline? I know that's kind of meta-gaming, but at least some kid wont screw it up for us...

Anonidoop - that message did not come from Trinstod, so it's NOT canon...

I think the failure was the lack of anonymous in on this. Or more importantly, the fact that we spent two days with the tape just sitting, waiting to be delivered. I am sure there was somebody closer in the girl's town that had a MiniDV playing camera. Fuck, My school has 30 of them.

For starters, No. I am only here because the Trinstod video THAT I FOUND ON THE SECRET UNDERGROUND WEBSITE creeped me out, not because I like ARGs.

Now, Anonymous can be VERY resouceful. We managed to track down a kid, down to his exact adress based on his mother's handle of "BitingBeaver". To us, that was an ARG, to us EVERYTHING IS A GAME.

I love alot of what it has to offer, and yes it is very resourceful! But the spam and sage and misrepresentation of information by 'new to the scene' kids who only use 4chan because their parents have a porn filter on their computer - This is the cancer that is killing 4Chans name. (It's not the cancer that is killing /b/ because there they can be ignored) But here, in a sensible forum, where people are trying to do things sensibly, it's just a piss off!
