Yes it is fake not only becasue it was analyzed as fake a few weeks ago but becasue the creator came on her in the very beginning of the game and posted it as fan art OOG. HE wanted to show us the images from I am Legend 1-18-08 and Transformers he spliced together for the fake trailer. Probably 3 weeks after the trailer premiered.
