I am so sorry for that. It wasn't showing the message as submitted, so I tried to re-send. I can't find a "delete" function. I'm really sorry guys.

I'm totally gonna make an ARG in which someone actually gets pregnant.

Jesus was IG. Cool

I'm convinced of what I suggested earlier. I really feel like the interconnectedness between every form of art---literally every form---is going to be taken into consideration, the cards have almost outright said that. Even if it does continue to be an ARG, I believe it won't follow the rules of anything ever created before since I doubt this was originally conceived as one. Perhaps in the process of planning it, they realized things somewhat like it have existed before and they were known as ARGs, and then they adopted the name to attract a good audience. Who knows. I refuse to refer to this as a 'game'.

What I hope is that this sparks creativity in individuals who have never been artistic. Everyone can make art, they just have to find which medium and which method works best for them to express themselves. Thinking is a form of art, speaking is a form of art, lying is a form of art. Our group and it's organization can be seen as a form of art. The IRC chat logs sound like dadaist poems at times and that too counts as art.

QFT!!!!!!

The whole art thing is really apparent- they've said artists are more likely to stay with this the whole way through.

And actually, going on what you said...
Art is obviously art
Love is art, it has to be or it becomes stagnant
Information, or at least how it's spread, is art. Especially the way it's spreading in this.
Chaos? Hell, how can chaos not be art? Chaos is just beautiful when done right.
Entertainment would be boring if not done artistically.

It's all connected to art.

Have I told you what I've experienced since I've gotten involved in this "game" ?

I've received an awakening of senses I haven't had in 10 years. I've started writing poetry again, and it comes pretty easy. I see the beauty in the words I've written down. (which, you will never see... self confidence thing). I feel the need to express myself in word, in song... in art.

And we haven't even started playing the game... Shocked

So... One of the hopes I have... other than finishing the game, is that I can keep the creativity that I've had buried inside of me for so long in the forefront. That I can use this found joy I lost so long ago, and hold it for the rest of my life.

I hope we all have a Silverladder reunion every year or something at the end of this.

Make it happen, people. :<

Yeah, I agree -- as for me, I have NO expectations, although I think we could collectively make it one way or the other. Which way do you want it to go? I like things that are abstract and bizarre. :}

I hope it can be different things for different people and if we keep growing there's no way this thing can't end up being many things. Art Experiment. ARG. Inside joke. Community. Wake up call. I hope it will be all these things and more myself...

You have a good point. Smile I think it already IS a bunch of different things for a bunch of different people.

It will be. Everyone will take different parts of this to mean different things. Everyone will be affected in different ways, everyone will grow in different ways. That was a big topic Jonah discussed with me.
