It mentions a crescent moon shape on the body and that he was completely drained of blood.
It also appears that one of the reporters, Alucard, lives nearby, but wasn't there.

This may be nothing, but Alucard spelled backwards is Dracula....
Be careful.

I'm glad Alucard's legit, though.
Sneaking in could be extremely dangerous with whoever did this to your neighbor on the loose. I'd try contacting Alucard beforehand.
If he's not there, and you feel that you must do it, then it's best to do it under cover of darkness, and make sure that there are very little to no guards (police, forensics, that sort of thing). I also suggest that you plan it out a little bit.
Above all make sure you're protected. Try to contact Alucard. If he's as cool as you say (and I'm sure he is) he'll help more than I can.


I hope I didn't get her killed....
