 		well, ok, thanks. I am glad it is not just me. Did you see the new post by MW last night on the myspace page?

It has to do with the video and the music - shut the sound off the video and then play the song at the same time. I don't know if they were talking about the new song on the myspace (the time of the seasons by the zombies) or the song that was being discussed on the forum (Hurt by Cash).

Edited: Got message that maintenance was going on this morning:

 		I think he means the song on his page by The Zombies. I didn't get anything from it that we're supposed to do, but it seems that was song he was talking about.

Well, I am still not 100% convinced that it isn't relavent. The reason being that I have been scanning past articles because our new task (on our membership page), when clicked, has been going back to the past for some reason (thinking it may be a clue to scan the past). So I reread all the articles on TDS, and came across this:

"Once indoors, I was met by Holly. She asked me to follow her into the Den where William and David were. When we entered the Den, there they were indeed playing a killer round of Rock Band. So if it is not relevant, why are they talking about Rockband?
I think the fact that WILL FINDEM PLAYS THE DRUMS ON ROCKBAND and also below:

There is a band called "The Salkers" -Willhem and McMichaels.

is no coincidence. But of course I could be wrong; just looking for a clue.

Edited: I posted originally on this subject 1/20 and the storyline was 1/30; so maybe they wrote it into the story.

 		While I don't think it plays into the game at this point, it could later. It's never a bad idea to do research and document all of the things you find. Something maybe become very important at a later date.

There has been a lot going on in this ARG lately. We are on the Stage 2 Challenge which has us now split into two sides. Those for MW and those against MW. MW has revealed that he has hidden away evidence which could find him and convict him, as well as evidence of the crimes the celebrities have committed in two different safes. When one has been found, the other will be destroyed, and only one player from one team will find it.

We have been challenged with making a video for each side of the fence explaining why we have chosen the side we have, and why we feel that each of us personally will find one of the two safes.

The story has gotten more involved, and Stage 2 is almost over! If you haven't done so, come on over and check out what's going on. Stage 3 is shaping up to be really cool.

Still time to catch up
I am writing this to call for new players! There is still time to join and catch up. This game is still going strong and Stage 2 has just completed. It has been lots of fun lately. We will be needing more players for Stage 3, so please join! I can help guide anyone that wants to get caught up. This thread has not been active because the fact that whatisthisgame has it's own forum but they support Unfiction wholeheartedly and asked if we would post here as well. So I will take an active role in making posts here and hopefully more can get involved then. So please join us. I will make a few posts to help. Feel free to PM me too.

SO FORGIVE ME FOR MAKING MULTIPLE POSTS, BUT I WANT TO GET PEOPLE GOING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION AND UPDATE ON THE GAME.

After you register, you will use this same screen to login (under the register link). Once logged in you will be able to check on your status, points of players, and tasks completed and task currently working on.

This game has a total of 6 stages (we have only officially completed 2).

At the end of each stage the participate is awarded with a contract. You cannot go on to the next stage until you get your contract. This makes it interesting because although we work as a team to find clues, figure out clues, etc. during each stage, at the end of the stage the individual must pass a "fun" test (so far the tests have been in game show format with timed questions to answer). This allows for individuality in the game and allows you to get more points added to your total score. There is a prize and an individual winner in the game.

As soon as you register - visit the WIKI - and follow along. A new Wiki will be made for stage 2, but to get you started visit this first:

Robert DeVine ends up murdered and face down in the Beverly Hills Shopping Center Fountain

10) Battle Lines
You must pick a side - the kidnapper/murder's side or the side that is hell bent on finding out the evidence and stopping the kidnapper/murder.

There are 2 teams
Team Legacy - the kidnapper/murderer's side
Team DeVine - the team that is hell bent on stopping the kidnapper/murderer (I am on this team and we have our own private team forum that was used for organizing our movie assignment.

The 2 teams made movies explaining their side. Newcomers to the game will have an alternative challenge (figure out a riddle) since we already completed our movies. When you get this far, and choose a side, a riddle will be given to you to fullfill this "movie" obligation that has already been completed.

Ok, so here is where I am at now:

I just solved the "Whiteboard Clue" this morning and received a confirming e-mail back from Alex, the editor of The Daily Stalker that I was correct. The Whiteboard clue is directing us to evidence of the kidnapper/killer.

The only thing I can think of is that reading more about the Convention on Children's rights, it does speak of child abuse. I am wondering if Robert DeVine (killed) was a victim of child abuse when younger? Or does the date of November 20, 1989 imply a birthdate of someone? I checked all characters, and i don't believe so as most of the characters are older than that.
