I did a spreadsheet version of the key ingredients list to help with analysis.
So far, there are 17 of 1000 ingredients entered.
The letters are top-to-bottom, left-to-right, front and then back.

Anyone can edit it.

Thanks Rogi, I had my own spreadsheet, but this makes it easier for discussion. I entered Darkhuman's 5 cards to the spreadsheet.

ARGNet received a T-Shirt and a 8.5 x 11 "Key Ingredient certificate of authenticity" today. I ran over the paper and the front of the t-shirt with a black light, but couldn't see anything out of the ordinary?

Authenticity certificate: 0725/1000

T-shirt:

The Key Ingredient
Robert DeVine
William DeVine
Holly DeVine
Brad Rifkin
Richard Tomek
Cubby Kovaleski
Christina Sweeney
Amanda Gilbert
Larry Finch
Grant Meyers
Alex Wynn
Calvin VanHoven

I have a blue light that helps me to identify counterfeit bills, but I've scanned the t-shirt and certificate many times without finding any hidden numbers. Any hints as to how/where I might look at these items? I really want to help you guys out.

Jamesi,

Take the shirt to your local techno-rave-hiphop dance club. They are bound to have some good blacklights and you'll look über-cool in your new WITG shirt.

Cool

(your blue light might not be the right wavelength for the UV ink)

Sadly, in this area of the world, that dance club does not exist. I'll take it to the bowling alley tomorrow if I remember -- they have black lights for the glow bowling.

Every time I see that list I wonder why there are so many doubled letters.

And, the local Dollar Store, here, has blacklight bulbs galore for Halloween.

i updated your spreadsheat. Paradox had posted on WITG...

I also did not change, but believe that #0012 (shirt) was slightly backwards, fits the pattern if it's "U,O,W,U,T,W,?,J,J,W,M,W"

jamesi> i think you should have one letter on each sleve, 4 on the front of the shirt, one on the back of each sleve, two on the center of your back, and one under the tag.

I added a layout guide for the Shirts (and cards, I guess) as a picture on the 2nd spreadsheet tab to reduce confusion.

Sorry guys, I've been lazy. I have 6 cards and a t-shirt at home. I got a mini-blacklight this weekend. I promise I'll post everything tonight.

clues/solve

Thanks to everyone who posted their clues, and those that are still working on it.

We are running out of time, and we were instructed to work as a team to figure it out. I just got home and not accomplishing anything regards to the clues.

Obviously there is a pattern with the letters, question marks, etc. Does anyone have any ideas on how to proceed or possible ideas that I can work on for the next day to crack it? I don't know where to begin. I have off tommorrow, so can try for a couple of hours.

I'd love to give you the letters from my shirt, but I haven't received it, yet.

My Account Status at the WITG site says, "You have not yet made any purchases."
But, my Paypal account begs to differ.
