Hey people, I'm very sorry, if you've discovered it for months, but on the website of United Stats Patent & Trademark Office you can find the details about Slusho registered as trademark.

And you can download a PDF-file with all informations and cool logos about the registration. I've added it as attachment for you.

No... movie studios have better things to do than selling frozen drinks. They have the trademark because they are selling Slusho! shirts and hats on Slusho.jp. Plus it will prevent anyone else from trying to sell fake Slusho shirts or drinks.

Oh... thanks, I DID feel it was discussed...

But in that case of trademark registration they have "lied" about using of the signs as drink logo... Anyways, it was funny to read the PDF. And Bold Futura is soo old...

I wouldn't count on that, I could see them supplying movie theaters with Slusho! along with the film.


That would be quite cool. And to add to the realism, why not add a few dummies into the audience that have been programmed to explode at specific moment. Now that would be a night to remember!

 		In all reality Slusho could become a larger entity than Cloverfield. Creating and marketing a beverage along side your new film is brilliant. Slusho sales will probably total in the hundreds of millions and far surpass the film over a longer span of time.
