[EMAIL] Tagruato Distribution Email
I got a response!

When I saw the distribution page on slusho.jp, something caught my eye. Near the contact information it says

"STOP WAITING
opportunities are for everyone
CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY!"

This appears to be a strong prompting from the PMs to for us to become more interactive. I decided to send them the following email:

Tagruato Corp:

I own a small cafe called Café de Feinte in a small town called Ridgecrest located in California. I am looking for a way to add some new energy to the place because the new paint job simply cannot do it alone. I would like to know the price of purchasing a Slusho! machine and bi-weekly costs for ingredients. I know the product is waiting for FDA approval, but there is no harm in asking. Of course, I must request a sample of the product before I buy. What would be the best way to try your product? Is there any way for it to be shipped overseas, or are there any American vendors already? Thank you so much for your time. I hope this will be a profitable and enjoyable experience on both ends.

Best Regards,
Stan Chirten

I used a fake name that sounded funny to me. Very Happy

I was really excited though, when I discovered I had the following response waiting for me in my inbox the morning after:
Quote:

Dear Mr. Chirten,

Thank you for your interest in becoming a distributor of Slusho! brand happy drink and joining the Tagruato family! We would be very excited to work with you in spreading the joy of Slusho! all over the world!

In light of a storm of false claims of business purpose, we have been forced to institute a verification policy. The first step is to forward documents of authenticity. We will need a copy of your articles of incorporation before proceeding with Slusho! distribution opportunity. We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause you.

Sincerely,
Tzigane Koga, Customer Service
Office of Daiske Kagashima

"Exploring our world. Ensuring your future."

Has anyone else received a response like this? Anyone know enough business to tell me if their is any legal way to send them fake articles of incorporation? Maybe I should tell them that I'll send them my articles when they verify their FDA approval. Let's come up with some ideas!

See if you can get some reviews of what people have said about Slusho and the legitimacy of those claims and FDA approval papers.

Cool,

I hope that they send me the same response as I own 3 corporations and could use one of them to verify my need for a Slusho! machine =)

Apparently more than one of us did, including myself.

I emailed them an actual copy of my company's Articles of Incorporation in Florida, complete with document # that they themselves can look up in SunBiz (Florida Department of State).

If they want to play for real, I can too... I figured not many of you would have the resources to do that.

I got the same response from my email, and I have a DBA that I will send them.

I am interested in acquiring several Slusho! machines for my nightclub in Houston, TX. I am also interested in advertising campaigns and promotions such as "Slusho! Night" and "Miss Slusho! Bikini Contest". Please send me information concerning pricing and contractual agreements.

That's great, Nighthawk. I hope they play along.

I think I'll email them requesting proof of FDA approval and their articles of incorporation (or Japanese equivalent). I'll see if I can get them to send me more info before I need to return the favor. Why should I trust my fake business with some quirky, cartoonish Japanese website?

I'm tempted to send them an NDA, to be honest...

Maybe the people that send in Articles of Incorporation will get information regarding the distributor of the machine, and this will lead to a new webiste. Possibly a Bold Futura site?

I was hoping to get clues to a new site or possibly obtain a sample of Slusho. How cool would that be!

LOL!!! I really hope you do that, just to see what they say. I'd do it but I didn't get an email. Crying or Very sad Apparently they didn't think my Apu thing was too funny. On second thought, these guys (interns??) don't seem to have a sense of humor so if you want to keep talking to them, maybe not.

BTW, maybe someone should ask THEM for their articles of incorporation... I mean, if we have to prove that we're real, what about them?!?!?! We have to have a legitimate business, but THEY get to be fake?

I think I'll do that. "I'll show my articles, Tagruato, but you have to show yours first. BOO-YAH!"

I'll nice up the wording a bit, though.

Damn,

I have not received a response from Tagruato. I wonder if it is because I live in Canada... There might be some kind of weird legalities for JJA and Co.

Where do the people getting the responses reside ?

I listed Houston, TX because that is where my business address on my DBA is listed.
