I think that's all of them. Too bad there's not a "Missed connections" section...

EDIT: "MXLII" = 1042

Reasonable speculation is that this is related to the roman numerals associated with the Edict from "The Mouth of Conclave MXXXVIII" = 1038. Since we know that the Edict was passed down 4 years ago, in 2003, this might suggest that the Conclave meets annually, if 2007 = 1042.
