[META] Actresses playing multiple roles -- Part Deux

Fascinating opinion. COULD be... could be....

I take a rather different approach (as usual).
It appears to me as though the actors have contributed personal pictures of their own for the MySpace accounts. I think we are seeing the ACTORS out of "costume", so that their hair and style is different. If you do a photo search on yahoo and google for Mike Vogel (for example) you'll see that rarely do any two pictures of him look the same. Look at these 14 pictures of him.

Good theory...as good as any out there right now and I'm willing to buy into it.

There could also be a more straightforward explanation. Perhaps the actors in the film were for whatever reason (money, contracts, personal choice) unable to unavailable to have their image used in the back-story on the MS accounts so people with supposedly similar looks and features are used in their place.

Maybe not the best example, but reminds me of the Indiana Jones ride at Disneyland. The animatronic Indiana Jones is actually not an exact image of Harrison Ford and the voice is, of course, different as Ford did not want to lend his likeness and voice to the ride.

Yeah, I'm inclined to believe in the theory that actors were asked to provide RealWorld photos to mix in with the "in-game" photos -- in which case, the four chicks in Beth's photos could be real-world friends of Odette Yustman, not "Beth McIntyre."

But I'm just sayin' that there's a whole lotta ground left to dig on the Myspace photos -- including in-game comments from other Slusho 7 members about some of those photos -- that we haven't even begun to explore.

I completely disagree. In everyone's myspaces, they look like the same people to me. I'd bet 100 dollars. Like others said, in real life photos people often look different; hell, if you guys overanalyzed my myspace you'd probably think it was different people. Honestly, in my eyes, it's uncomprehendable that they could be different people. Like "Jamie Lascano is the Gossip Girl girl" it's just.... soooo not true.

And sexual orientation(sp) has nothing to do with what we are doing here. Its actually good tht we have people of different backgrounds and views. Having various views helps us. And I much prefer this picture...
