Oh...my...god...
I feel like stabbing myself, but I will resist sarcasm (something tells me people are making these accounts to test me...)
No, but seriously, do consult the other topics, they will prove enlightening. "On red crab 6 times" was submitted by a ARGer on this forum so it should have little official meaning. We are aware there is a crab you can click. We know about the bloop theory, and it's still in speculation (no way to confirm if it plays a part in this movie yet). We are aware about pretty much every single thing you said, in fact, and no contribution has been made.
Oh and I almost forgot
Welcome to the forums Please consult the threads on it before you post, have a good day!

It's fine. Everyone starts somewhere, then we all end up either insane or sharpening our collective wit on the whetstone that is anyone newer to the forum or ARGs then ourselves.

Id just like to point out that I think the BLOOP is very much part of 01-18-08. The roar does sound similar to the BLOOP (to a degree). Of course, this doesnt help much, if the BLOOP is connected, all it says is that the monster has been around for a while and that its underwater. To mention so that people may go "ZOMG IT COULD BE REAL!!!!".
Basically I think the guys wanted an underwater monster, so they based the roar on the BLOOP.

It only really sounds like the monster's roar on the base levels... and that's leaving out that that was heard under water compared to the roar in the movie heard in normal air.

It's spawning season! Trout everywhere! Let's have a fish fry!
Welcome to the forums!
Now enjoy spending about a week reading up on what's already here. Sounds annoying and tedious, and it is a little - but quickly you'll learn to scan over and find the key info so you don't repeat one of the hundreds or even thousands of facts/theories/speculations/analogies/questions already posed.
(This is why people should get into the chat. Some of the more patient could answer a few key questions and help guide the newbies to what's out there.)

I know everyone here wants people to quote sources. I am not gonna do that, so you can take this info if you want. Im not even sure if it helps. It just might shed light on the film's plot. But someone I know, who has a strong tie to the film told me it's "Godzilla meets Escape from New York"
The individual wont say another word. He/She said it's gonna be very cool. We all knew it was going to be Godzilla-esque, with the monster and all that, but the Escape from new York part sounds interesting. Does this mean people are trying to leave New York but cant for some reason? Obviously if there is a huge monster attacking the city everyone will try and leave, but in the Film Escape from New York you cant leave the city. Maybe there is a quarantine.
Just throwing it out there. I dont even know if its interesting to anyone else or not.
