It seems too complicated to be true and though I have found Guinness and domino pictures on the link at bottom right like the one on S. Ramon's wall but no numbers.

It may just be a real web site, but a bit weird if it is!

If anyone following this link gets anything could they thank me by tipping me of first please at sjcwsourcingSPLATgmail.com

Thanks

PS My at symbol in my email prints as SPLAT for some reason

If you click on the link to Allposters which is at the bottom of the right hand column you get to a UK poster site with Guinness ads and lost of other pictures.

The link has the words -

La mayor y mas maravillosa colección de afiches nunca vista

I am not sure what this means.

Location: Not where I wanna be

Wishful thinking?

At the risk of setting off more red herrings is it the identity of the "butcher" or his actions we're trying to ascertain? My feeling after watching these frames for an hour or more is it seems he's diverting the guy running down the hill with the (prize?) box across the path and away from the shop. But where to and/or why, I dunno. Which ain't exactly thinking outside the box, I realise.

MySpace: Fake?

I'm increasingly suspicious of the myspace page. It seems a bit too naff for Guinness to be still preparing the collateral this late in the game. I'd also expect to see a bit more activity on the account if was seriously being used as part of this, especially if a big reveal was going to happen later this week. I'm also really not happy that his profile lists his location as Buenos Aires when his website says El Dorado.

Waiting for Domino 8

First time post so please don't bite coz to a degree I'm saying what others have said.

I think that we all have to wait. So far all the e-mails I've sent to Pedro have had the out of office reply.

I decided to go back and send an e-mail to dominodorado to see what sort of reply I got there. What I got back was a suggestion to open the matchbox. Now we know that this activates the puzzle that needs to be solved for that domino.

Assuming the same premise with domino 8 (I realise that might be dangerous), I would have thought that if the puzzle was ready, a clue would be given in the e-mail reply. Given it's not and we're told everything comes to those who wait, I think that's what we've got to do.

As an aside, I think the posting for Domino 9 on the direct traffic site maybe a case of someone finding the site by chance and not being able to do anything coz 8 hasn't been solved yet.

Just my views. More than welcome to be declared wrong!

help
guinness ad

Hi folks. I received an e-mail from Guinness on friday 2nd nov advertising the puzzle. I happily pottered along up to domino 8. Then I found your web pages and starteed reading. i skipped along pages until i found one that mentioned entering a code 110010 (or similar) and being old and dozy I did that. got sent back to the start I didn't note down all the other codes and I now get a locked symbol on the tire, bookcase and picture.
of course I then went back and read 'don't do this'

I was able to get the second code ok but When I go back to the remaining sites sites i've previously visited I can't do anything and so can't relocate the codes (apart from the flickr one which is not flash)
Any suggestions? apart from read before you click etc.

Apart from that I'd done fine without using code or the yoof social network sites. my kids would go spare if they caught me using facebook. so I don't thinkGuinness expec ts us to do more than we have already. it's either in the meat or good things come to those who wait.

All the codes upto domino 8

Don't look if you don't want to know them.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

Deleted - this is a game & everyone gets their code when they solve the page - RedHatty
