Pedro logged into his myspace but no changes have been made.

Why would guiness log in and not make changes?

Now you've mentioned it, it's all I can see. I can even rationalise it: the perspective does seem skewed; we know a watchmaker is to come; it's unthinkable the advert voted the greatest ever wouldn't be mentioned; tick followed tock...How do we link the two tho'. Initially I've tried along the lines of Surfista and Caballo blanco but, nada, yet. It'll keep me out of the staff's hair if nothing else.

Don't look if you don't want to know them.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

Deleted - everyone gets their code when they solve the page - this is a game - RedHatty

Oh, they were smarter than that. They changed the codes for those that have to go back and start over.

The same thing happened to me when I was curious and entered in the code that was mentioned in the previous post. Unfortunately, he will have to go back to step one, and do each task over to get the new codes.

So if you have to start over, visit the WIKI and press on "walkthrough" which will be able to get you through all the tasks again - it may take approx 3/4 hour to get back to domino 8.

Don't forget to register after each code solve or you will have to give your golden domino to someone else according to the rules.

The only codes that appear to be the same for each person so far is codes for domino 1, 3 & 6. My game reset yesterday morning & upon re-finding the clues I had different codes than I had before...

also I dont really think we are allowed to post codes on here, but I may be wrong.

Where does it say in the instructions that we need to register after every one? Does this mean I have to do them ALL again??!?!?!?

Thanks folks. when I checked through my browser history I realised i'd missed the Don Pedro video (brainfart) so, of course i couldn't get access to the next sites.
I did get the same codes this time as the first time - at least as the two I'd written down were the same. maybe it's different codes for each entrant.

There's no way Guinness would make you register after each code I think garfinkle is messing with your head

It was Palm who mentioned about registering after each one.

From Game Terms:
Quote:

You must register on the same day that you unlock the clues and see the ad, if you do not then you will no longer have the rights to your solid gold domino, it will go to another entrant

So you have to register the day that you watch the ad.

This is what it says under game terms, number 2 of the third lot of terms 'unlock ad and win golden domino'

You must register on the same day that you unlock the clues and see the ad, if you do not then you will no longer have the rights to your solid gold domino, it will go to another entrant

Apologies if this has been said, but has anyone else noticed the writing in video 7 federico........ at the bottom the letters COnfiteria seem to be on top of the suitcase rather than on the wall!

 Carniceria Guzmam Source Code

I dont know whether it's just me looking at this wrong as I'm not very good on the source code but I was just looking at the codes from the previous sites and there seem to be some unusual spaces added into the code for Guzmam & I'm wondering if this is making the site read wrongly?

script language = "javascript1.1" type = "text/javascript"

In the other coding there is no spaces on either side of the =

Could just be me going dizzy over this the same as everyone else?

I looked at the rules, which are a bit confusing to someone who isn't playing this game. I get that there are three levels: a drawing for Guinness prizes, a drawing for a Golden Domino and the final winner who is the first to unlike all 11 clues and see the ad. The rules for the final winner are:

Quote:
No purchase necessary. You must be the first person to solve all 11 clues in order to be the first to see the new Guinness advertisement on line. This will be adjudicated by the Promoter. You will then be able to put the advertisement onto the internet is you so desire and you will automatically win a solid gold domino. You must have registered your details in order for the solid gold domino to be posted out to you. You must register on the same day that you unlock the clues and see the ad, if you do not then you will no longer have the rights to your solid gold domino, it will go to another entrant

It sounds like this only applies to the last clue - the one that takes you to the ad? It is a rule under this heading:

Quote:
Terms and Conditions for the person who unlocks the ad and automatically wins a solid gold domino

The second set of rules - for the drawings are - say:

Quote:
2. No purchase necessary. To eligible to win you must have successfully completed all 11 clues on the website and have registered your details on the site. To register you need to click on the button "Register" and complete the fields. You will then automatically be put into a prize draw for the solid gold domino prizes. A winner will be chosen weekly on a Friday for 6 weeks starting on 2nd November 2007 ending on 7th December 2007. If you win a solid gold domino you will be excluded from the draw to win a future solid gold domino.

I'm confused. Maybe to be safe you should register each time?

I read these terms as saying that, when you get to the last domino/get to see the ad, they'll ask you to enter your details. If you don't do that right away, you forfit your prize.

code differences...

I wonder what the significance is of me only having No's 3 & 6 the same?

all my other numbers are different.... and before anyone says it, yes i know there are many codes that apply for each level... but i wonder if ome levels are only one code for a reason?

I read it different because it says you must register your details "IN ORDER". There is a register box/button that pops up every time you get the code correct. Maybe that is why they provided the do-over code - for people that didn't register their codes in order; could start over.
