GUINNESS - DOMINO 8
PEDRO GUZMAM & FAMILY

Been reading this all day and started the search for dominoes today. Stuck (with a hangover!!) on no8. Tried to search many ways for Pedro Guzmam, and weirdly the family website comes up on
[color=red]www.healthecho.com/General_Health/ (carniceria guzmam Website for the family Carniceria of Senor Pedro Guzmam). No idea why, the same page with the meat comes up yet still nothing happens there!!!! I am soooooo confused!! Though I do love this, it is fab!!

HOPE I'VE DONE THIS RIGHT, I HAVE NEVER POSTED ON A FORUM BEFORE, SORRY FOR ANY MISTAKES!!

Like to hear from anyone else who is stumped - it is making my head hurt now!!!!!

Have a good evening!!!!

I'm a bit suspicious about this carniceria guzmam site. The email I got in reply came from an ip address in New Jersey.

Prizes

People..with regards to prizes and the 2nd November first prize draw..I believe it is exactly that - a prize draw not related to the prize for the person who first completes the dominos game...

If you click the 'Join' link at the top of Ramon's office page..you'll see where you can enter said draw; and the prizes will be Guinness branded trinkets, shirts, etc.

I didn't know that - where did you see the expiration date for the site?
The domain doesn't expire until 2009.

Edited: If so, there seems to be a theme running here - first the myspace expired, then the facebook expired, now the guzmam site expiring?

guzmam site etc

I think the expiry dates in Firefox might relate to the dates they expire from the Firefox cache, so that Firefox then must go back to the web server to ensure it has an up to date page, in which case the expiry date/time might be relevant. (I could be very wrong about this - I don't use Firefox!)

I am happy that the site we have is the correct one - carniceriaguzmam.com is registered to Diageo.

The guzmam email appears to be sent from a server at arenasdetiempo.com which is also registered to Diageo.

Carry on waiting........................

Guzmam

Also the food pics are .gif and all the other pics on the site are .jpg

I know its sad but been watching the food pics for hours just to see if they are ever so slowly changing........

But because they are .gif something must happen with them or am I completely meat crazy now??

Well Pedro GuzmaN is still on Facebook but not much there to help us along at all

I poked him (Guzmam) earlier tonight..../

Just want to let everyone know that his facebook is still alive; it was only the guzmaM facebook that was taken off today.

I poked him tonight too, but nothing so far.

I really think all of these sites were engineered by the ad agency as a way to slow people down if need be, especially in light of the fact that many invitations were just sent out on 11/2. The domino position of 5:5 could have been engineered deliberatley as a slowing down point too -

Boooooooooo
Did i Scare ya?

Heyhey again guys, sorry i havent posted much in the last few days, been a bit busy but have still been checking in as much as poss. we have been working on this same domino for 5 days now (seems more like about a fortnight, i know) and we did the first 7 in a day.

When people keep talking about the fact that we have to wait, im not too sure about that, i think the waiting involved is just guiness helping us out when we get stuck. loads of things have happened during the middle of this which we were to think were just coincidences but really guinness are working on this behind our backs as we speak, i think the answer is out there and the only waiting we have to do is just for guinness to give us some better clues.

Also before i leave, TO ALL NEW PLAYERS, DO NOT POST ANYTHING YOU THINK IS RELEVANT IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE THREAD because the chances are, we know.

laterz doods. time for bed! its QUARTER PAST THREE IN THE MORNING again! lol. addictions eh, cant live with em, cant live without em

Quarter past 3...Pffft...Part timer!

It's 04:24am now and I'm still going. LOL

But I have bigger problems than just solving the clues.

I have a Spar 24hour shop about 20seconds from my front door.

I have spent £63 in 3 days there. Not good.

I have just been binge eating on junk cos I didn't wanna miss anything here.

I think I need help!!!

Keep trying tho! Wink

Massive Changes!!!

Just restarted my computer and come back onto the site and all my clues / codes have been reset!!!

Tried entering them again but it didnt work.

Went onto the sites again and redid the activity and a new 6 digit code has been given.

Will keep you posted on my findings as I go.
