Picture one I noticed there is a $ and £ symbol in the message. This makes me think that the message needs converted again before its usable. Possibly needs converted to numbers then back to letters using a different converter.
others make before me so keep hacking away at this and posting your results .

First Pix Still hacking away at our latest ciphers. I'm almost absolutelty sure cipher 1 and 3 need dumped through at least one conversion but after many attempts at both I'm not seeing anything stick out at me.
