i found this on the right side of the home page, theres some other curious readings, fake ads maybe? i saw 1 for a drug.

also while there, i found some numbers that might help(or not) viewing the catalogue page showed dates a calender, and all sorts of other qu13e related links that went nowhere, but i noticed half the time the very top of the screen would read "splinternails.com|bitchblog:[update:030809] and :[update:030817] for the 3rd it says "downloads se..."

with the calender it shows august 2003 with the 3rd and 9th linked, the 9 opened three dates for aug.03: 3rd 9th 17th, got nowhere except clicking the 3 took me to aug.04, and the 17 back to square one(i think?) i checked the other months as listed aug03-april03 and they all had aug03 dates 3 9 17, clicked all the dates eachtime, same thing, got to march03 and new month and numbers july 03: 2nd 6th 13th 18th.

aug: 3rd=b 9th=j 17th=r july: 2nd=b 6th=g 13th=n 18th=s. anything?maybe?

on the home page navigation bar in yellow "h a c b r p d s "
also a small blue square above videoteque, does nothing, but weird to be a blemish on an artists site without significance, right?(or not)

Hey bangin, it's good to see a fellow noob around, I'm new to this too. So it's exciting to bring some fresh minds into this I'm sure, but I hope we don't have to reinvent the wheel here, if you know what I mean.

Anyway, I just finished reading all the back posts in this thread, and I came to a couple of conclusions that might help a little.

I think everyone feels comfortable saying that this is referring us back to the bicycle image, and I think I might have proof of this.

here are the numbers that correspond to the tabs of each image:
010108 - left hand w/ writing
311001 - person w/ goggles
111511 - bicycle
011103 - drawing?
151415 - poem
011005 - typed letter
201921 - absinthe, A-spades, gun
311005 - blurry drawing
311007 - another typed letter

all but three of them appear to be dates, most of them relevant to the random martin story, or at least qu13e's history, I guess a veteran would need to clarify that for us, the three that are not are the bicycle picture, the poem that had iriguchi between the echos, and the bottle. Well those are the pictures that contained the keywords. So i think that the keyword will also be in the Bicycle picture, or at least linked to it somehow.

also I think that it was at least hinted upon that these lines in the last image :

ok, and finally, this is exciting to me, and may help, melpomene and random martin are obviously giving us hints. It's been a while, but I wonder if anybody remembered this one after iriguchi was discovered:

heheh, a door, huh? like iriguchi?

so, I guess that sometimes there's more clues in the gibberish than meets the eye. Random Martin is wonderful at wordplay, but we all knew that.

 		hey guys,

i've asked melpomene if kage (shadows, shades) was the 3rd word. and no, it is not. but she gave me a hint:

punkbass has already mentioned that 3 picture titles do not seem to represent any dates. so i translated those three into letters:

111511 = kok
151415 = ono
201921 = tsu

-> kokonotsu = nine

 		Jumping in the middle here, trying to get back into a game.

Following the above logic, there are several pictures that contain references to the number nine.

There's also something I just noticed. Look at the clock picture (the full one posted on page 4. Look at the black ink on the face.

Now look at the bicycle picture, the marks above the wooden plaque. They look the same to me. A very quick glance around didn't find the same pattern anywhere else.

 		just found something interesting on wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ace_of_Spades

the ace of spades is sometimes called the "death card", and "bicycle playing cards" seems to be a well known brand.

absinthe bottle, ace of spades, gun -> first thing that comes to my mind is "death"

any ideas on that?

 		The (one plus two is three) statement is bothering me. Does this mean that Iriguchi + Jitensha = the answer?

How does Entrance + Bicycle = something?

Wait... earlier Melpomene said "(but your questions are beginning to look more like the answer)" which is making me think...
